難民的定義? 難民跟移民差在哪？
難民 (Refugee)
根據1951年聯合國通過的「難民地位公約」難民是指，
「因種族，宗教，國籍，特殊社會團體成員或政治見解，而有恐懼被迫害的充分理由，置身在原籍國領域外，不願或不能返回原籍國或受該國保護的人」*1
現在的國際法當中，狹義上是以政治難民稱之為難民，也就是受到政治迫害的人。
移民 (Immigrant)
根據牛津英語詞典，移民為
由一個國家或區域，移動並長期居留於另外一個國家。
如經濟移民：不同於難民，經濟移民是為了尋求就業和提高生活品質和獲得資源從一個地區到另一個地區。
難民多來自哪些國家？有多少人？
敘利亞 670萬人
阿富汗 270萬人
南蘇丹 230萬人
緬甸 110萬人
索馬利亞 90萬人（UNHCR.2018)

為什麼創立這個專頁？之後的規劃？
在2019年的12月，由六位台大的學生和交換生企劃了兩週的難民展覽 Walk A Mile In Their Shoes「行過流離之路」
為持續讓更多人了解這個議題，而設立Refugee Network Taiwan以支援難民生活所需，傳達當地難民狀況，讓更多難民和世界接軌為目標。近期會定期發文介紹各國難民的狀況。

"owing to well-founded fear of being persecuted for reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion, is outside the country of his nationality and is unable or, owing to such fear, is unwilling to avail himself of the protection of that country; or who, not having a nationality and being outside the country of his former habitual residence, is unable or, owing to such fear, is unwilling to return to it.
In the case of a person who has more than one nationality, the term "the country of his nationality" shall mean each of the countries of which he is a national, and a person shall not be deemed to be lacking the protection of the country of his nationality if, without any valid reason based on well-founded fear, he has not availed himself of the protection of one of the countries of which he is a national.”
