REALITY CON 2022 in Tokyo Report！

REALITY’s first ever Offline Event, REALITY CON 2022 in Tokyo was held on August 27.
TOBIKO, a member of REALITY's Japanese Community Team, was there to experience the event from the same perspective as everyone who went to the event, and would like to report back to those of you who couldn't make it!

Here’s the venue entrance! Pretty easy to find, right? 😆

You could even get a real gacha ticket by showing your event tickets at the entrance! 


As soon as you entered, there was an impressive REALITY timeline!

We could check the history of the evolution of the gacha on various items such as its release, official programs, feature updates, etc! That was definitely pretty touching for old users!



And an official program listing on top of the timeline!

Did you know that REALITY had some game-related official programs a long time ago?✨A lot of the streamers shown on this list are still streaming in REALITY

And right next to it…

A board where everyone who came could leave behind a message!

I wonder how it turned out after everyone wrote their messages…🤩


And next we have… Real Life Fishing Over!!!
And not only a real gacha ticket, but some visitants could get a special REALITY Amulet too.

And the most crowded of all event attractions! The Signage Corner!
Private rooms for everyone to move their avatar in real life…

Everyone got a numbered ticket and waited in line.
TOBIKO was also waiting in line with good manners.🐟✨
And after a while…


TOBIKO borrowed IKURA’s avatar and experienced the Signage!

It was really amazing! The avatar moved with quite a bit of detail…👏

Such a wonderful experience…
I should have asked the staff to take the pictures, it was pretty hard to do it while moving the avatar.
It was a rare experience that I wouldn't normally get to have, and it was a lot of fun!

This time, I was actually involved in the production of the photo spot corner.

Goods Corner！

TOBIKO got them all...😊
Apparel goods like hoodies and t-shirts! I was happy to see some people already wearing them when I looked around. ✨
And all of the black hoodies were sold out! If you bought one, you could get a QR code to receive a matching avatar item too!

Stage contents! The hall was huuuge!
Our very own DJ RIO was there too!

Bucchi-san and Mukudorin were there too, and the place was filled with excitement!👏

All the users were able to watch this program at Fourth Anniversary World that day!

The questions that the user sent us were answered at the Q&A corner!
Since I'm on the community team, I don't have a lot of expertise in many of the details of the server and app specifications, but I was very happy to be able to see everyone’s questions being answered!

Your opinions are very important to us in order to improve everything, and the REALITY management team looks at all the surveys we receive, so we hope you will help us out again!👀

There was also a "Let’s do it! REALITY MVP Awards" award corner, where awards were presented just because we wanted to!

And the guest of honor! What a surprise, Kazematsu Announcer made an appearance!

He is a well-known REALITY News reporter in the japanese community! He also reported some fresh news on site! Check out two of the users who were part of the news in the tweets below!

Everyone laughed so much with the news, Kazematsu news are really unique and funny! TOBIKO also laughed pretty hard with it🤣

Oh, and it looked like the appearance fee was a “Sukiyaki Bento”...?🍱

Our special guests from left to right: Komainu, Natsuno Hoshizora, (Nana) and Choromi Cororo!

A special quiz competition with 5 guests, with gacha tickets for everyone watching as a prize! 
Everyone in the hall joined in on the “Yes or No” game! Some of them were quite difficult🤣
The stage was a blast from start to finish, and there was laughter and applause the whole time!

As this was REALITY's first attempt, there were many things that did not go well and many things that needed to be improved.

As mentioned in the stage content corner, we will continue to improve the app more and more so it can be enjoyable to everyone in the world, so please continue to support REALITY.

To all of those who couldn’t join the event because it was held in Japan: Whoever watched the broadcast or the archive already know this news, but “REALITY CON World Tour” was confirmed!
Please wait patiently for it, we will do our best so that everyone can have the same experience as those who went to REALITY CON in Tokyo 2022!🙇
