Hey guys! Community Team speaking! We hope you had an amazing February with lots of chocolate!

What is REALITY’s User News?

REALITY User News is a new article aimed at introducing all of the creative and funny activities that our users are doing, showcasing some of the users that are giving their best in events and giving more space to the English speakers that are using REALITY! ✨
We’ll keep an eye on every fun and interesting activity going on in REALITY’s communities, so don’t forget to share your activities and feedback on our social media!
Unfortunately, we’ll be aiming at the events that happen on the US server, but we’ll try our best to give space to all international users as the needs grow!
REALITY User News will have a separate version in Japanese talking about the Japan server too, so for those who want to keep up with what’s happening there please check it out too!

We’ll release a new issue on the first 10 days of every month, so please look forward to it!

As you guys know, we have many events going on every month on REALITY! In this corner, I’ll like to present some of the event winners and runner-ups we had in the events up to January!

Discord

Starting this month, the users who get featured in the REALITY User News will receive a special in-app reward too! 
For that reason, our “Community Manager Award” will be reworked and will become the new “User News Award”, meaning that users who got this award will be featured in next month’s REALITY User News and receive a special in-app reward!
Since this is our first month doing a rework in our reward system, to give our users a special feeling of being the first winners in this new chapter of our Discord Campaigns, only 1 user will be chosen for each of the following campaigns!

* Check out the new rules in our Discord announcements channel!
* Please note that receiving the Grand Prize in the campaign does not guarantee that you will be picked up for the User News Award too.

REALITY Setsubun 2023

Starting with our first February Photo Contest, the REALITY Setsubun 2023! Held on February 3, Setsubun is a festival with a theme revolving around driving away evil spirits and welcoming good fortune. That’s why our in-app gifts had oni masks and clubs!

Valentine Comics Contest

This year's Valentine's campaign was about creating funny or lovely Valentine's comics and sharing them with everyone on the server. Thank you to everyone who took part in this campaign!

Art-Works Channel

Our Art-Works channel will also receive a rework starting this month! We used to pick up the art based on reaction number and Community Manager’s personal taste, but starting this month we’ll be choosing 4 pictures divided into 2 categories: Original Art and Edits!
Also, the art will be chosen by REALITY’s team to be featured on the REALITY User News, but the reactions and overall compliments in the art-works channel will also be taken into account when choosing which ones will be featured!
As time goes by and with your feedback, we can improve the amount of art or add new categories too, so feel free to send your feedback to us via Discord!

We’ll be distributing in-app rewards to those picked up via Twitter too! However, don’t forget that for the rewards to be distributed to you, your Twitter account must be connected to your REALITY account, or we won’t be able to send your rewards!

■Event Club

We had our third Event Club in February! We’ll have it going every month too, so please give it a check if you want to get a little support from REALITY Staff to boost your stream!
Let’s check out how it works:
1) Keep track of REALITY’s Twitter to get notified when the next Event Club will start.
2) Submit your stream project
3) If your project gets picked, your stream will receive a special thumbnail and priority on the Recommended tab during the time you choose in your entry form!

REALITY Event Club is a community measure to help our users to be in the spotlight with their creative streams, and we’ll be holding it every month from now on so be sure to try it out too!

Well, do you know about the monthly REALITY survey?
This survey actually has a form for 12 languages, and the community team will report the results of this survey back to the company after you answer it in the language you're most comfortable with.
Every month, we present the results of these reports to a large group of employees, and we work hard every day to find ways to improve our services.
Your feedback is what guides our service, so when you see the REALITY survey form, please let us know what you think!
