楽天トラベル観光体験で使えるクーポン（RaCoupon）は、体験予約時にクーポンを利用することで、料金が割引になります。
クーポン獲得方法は、とても簡単！楽天トラベル観光体験の各種キャンペーンからクーポンを獲得したら、キャンペーンページ内に記載のあるクーポン利用可能体験からプランを選択してください。
※一部クーポンは利用者からの獲得作業を必要とせず、楽天会員の皆様に不定期で配布される場合があります。
支払い時にクーポン利用にチェックを入れて予約を完了しましょう！
RaCoupon（ラ・クーポン）とは？
RaCoupon（ラ・クーポン）とは、楽天グループで利用いただけるクーポンサービスの総称で無料でお使いいただけます♪
クーポンを獲得しよう！
クーポンを獲得するには
各キャンペーンページやメールなどで配布されているクーポンをまずは見つけます。クーポン獲得URLを押すと、クーポンを獲得したことになります。
※クーポンの割引金額は状況により異なる場合があります。実際に各クーポンページで確認の上、利用ください。
※一部クーポンは利用者からの獲得作業を必要とせず、楽天会員の皆様に不定期で配布される場合があります。
獲得済みのクーポンを確認するには
獲得済みのクーポンは「myクーポン」ページに登録されています。「myクーポン」ページは、楽天トラベル観光体験のトップページなどからも確認いただけます。
クーポンを使って予約する
クーポンは商品や参加情報を入力後、支払い時に使うことができます。
※利用可能なクーポンをお持ちの場合で、かつ、クーポン利用対象商品を予約される場合のみ、支払い時にクーポンが表示されます。
※支払い時にクーポンが表示されない場合、クーポンの利用はできません。
※お支払いが完了した予約に対して、さかのぼってクーポンを利用いただくことはできません。
注意事項
クーポンのご利用について
クーポンによる割引は、税込み金額から算出されます。
クーポンには利用可能枚数に限りがございます。お支払いが完了する前に上限枚数に達した場合は、クーポンのご利用はできません。
定率（％）割引クーポンをご利用時、算出された割引額が設定された割引上限額を超えた場合は、上限額が適用されます。
2枚以上のクーポンをご利用の場合、クーポンの適用額は弊社の定めるクーポン割引の適用ルールに基づきます。
ご利用制限回数を超えてクーポンが選択されている場合、クーポンのご利用はできません。
予約のキャンセルについて
クーポンを利用した予約のキャンセルの際には、各商品のキャンセル規定が適用されます。その際、キャンセル料金は、クーポン割引前の金額を基に算出いたします。
クーポンを利用したご予約をキャンセルされた場合、原則としてクーポンは返還されます。ただし、キャンセルポリシーに返金不可の定めがある場合は、返還されません。
予約のキャンセル等により返還されたクーポンが「有効期限を過ぎている」「利用枚数を超えている」場合は、返還後に即時失効しますので、再利用いただけません。
その他
クーポンを利用した予約について追加の決済が必要な場合は、予約を一旦キャンセルし、新しく予約を取り直していただく必要があります。
予約の取り直しがクーポン利用期間外だった場合は、クーポンのご利用はできません。

Coupons (RaCoupon) can be used at Rakuten Travel Experiences to get a discount on the price when you use the coupon at the time of booking the experience.
The method of acquiring a coupon is very easy! After earning a coupon from the various campaigns of Rakuten Travel Experiences, select a plan from the experiences for which coupons are available on the campaign page.
*Some coupons may be distributed to Rakuten members on an irregular basis without requiring any work to acquire from the user.
Check the box for coupon use at the time of payment to complete your reservation!
What is RaCoupon?
RaCoupon is the name of a free coupon service that can be used by Rakuten Group.
Earn a coupon!
To earn a coupon
First find the coupons distributed on each campaign page or by e-mail. Click on the URL to acquire a coupon, and you have acquired a coupon.
*The discount amount of the coupon may vary depending on the situation. Please check the actual coupon page before using the coupon.
*Some coupons may be distributed to Rakuten members on an irregular basis without requiring an acquisition process from the user.
How to check the coupons you have already earned
Coupons that you have already earned are registered on the "My Coupon" page. "My Coupon" page can also be found on the Rakuten Travel Experiences top page.
Make a reservation using a coupon
Coupons can be used at the time of payment after entering product and participation information.
*Coupons will be displayed at the time of payment only if you have a coupon that can be used and if you are making a reservation for a product for which the coupon can be used.
*If the coupon is not displayed at the time of payment, the coupon cannot be used.
*Coupons cannot be used retroactively for reservations for which payment has already been completed.
Notes
About using coupons
Discounts with coupons are calculated based on the amount including tax.
There is a limit to the number of coupons that can be used. If the maximum number of coupons is reached before payment is completed, the coupon cannot be used.
If the calculated discount amount exceeds the set discount limit when using a fixed rate (%) discount coupon, the limit will be applied.
When two or more Coupons are used, the amount of discount applied to the Coupons shall be based on the Coupon Discount Application Rules set by the Company.
If the number of coupons selected exceeds the limit of the number of times the coupon can be used, the coupon cannot be used.
Cancellation of Reservation
In the event of cancellation of a reservation for which a coupon has been used, the cancellation rules for each product will apply. In such cases, cancellation charges will be calculated based on the amount before the coupon discount.
If you cancel a reservation for which you have used a coupon, the coupon will be refunded in principle. However, if the cancellation policy stipulates that the coupon is non-refundable, the coupon will not be refunded.
If a coupon that has been returned due to cancellation of a reservation has "passed its expiration date" or "exceeded the number of coupons used," the coupon will expire immediately after being returned and cannot be reused.
Other
If additional payment is required for a reservation for which a coupon was used, the reservation must be cancelled and a new reservation must be made.
If the reservation is made outside of the coupon redemption period, the coupon cannot be redeemed.
