■phrasal verb 「句動詞」とは？

「句動詞」とは
「動詞＋副詞」または「動詞（＋副詞）＋前置詞」を
合わせることで動詞のように機能すること

例えば
wear - wore - worn 　
　＝　着る　着た　着たことがある

　　　　　　　↓
put on - put on - put on 
　＝　着る　着た　着たことがある

"put"  + "on"　で　
　＝　”wear” と同じ意味になる

例文

A. Did you remember to turn off the oven?
                                   (turn the oven off)?
B. Oh, no! I forgot! I'll turn it off right away. 

A.　あなた忘れないでオーブンを切る事を
B.　うわ！　忘れてた! すぐにそれを切るよ

※"turn off" ＝スイッチを回して消す　＝「（スイッチなどを）切る」
※"turn it off "（たーにも f ） =「それのスイッチの消す」
　（今回の"it" 「それ」は　 "turn off the oven"を指します)
※"forgot" =「忘れた」（「あ！忘れた」などの瞬間的）
　ちなみには"forget" =「忘れる」（「思い出せない」など）
※"right away" ＝「すぐに」　

　

1.  take back videos

Q. Did you remember to take back videos ?
A. Oh, no! I forgot! 
    I'll take them back right away.   

Q.　あなた忘れてない　ビデオ返すの？
A .　うわ！！　忘れてた！！
　　わたし、それら返してくるよ　すぐに　

※take back 　＝取って戻る　＝「返す」
※今回の”them”は”video”を指します

2. fill out the accident report

Q. Did you remember to fill it out the accident report?
A. Oh, no! forgot!
    I'll fill to out  right away.

Q　あなた忘れてない　事故報告書　提出するのを？
A　うわ！！　忘れてた！！
　　わたし、それ提出するよ　すぐに　

※fill out = 外に塗りつぶし　＝「提出（記入）」
※今回の”to”は”acddident report”を指します

3. turn on the alarm

Q. Did you remember to turn it on the alarm?
A. Oh no! I forgot!
    I'll turn to on right away.

Q　あなた忘れてない　警報機付けるの？
A　うわ！！　忘れてた！！！
　　わたし、それ付けてくる　すぐに

※"turn on" = 回して付ける　＝「（スイッチ）を付ける」

4. put away your toys

Q. Did you remember to put away your toys?
A. Oh, no! I forgot!
     I'll put them away tight away.

Q　あなた忘れてない　おもちゃを片付けるの
A　うわ！！　忘れてた！！
　　わたし、それら片付けてくる　すぐに

5. hand in your English homework

Q. Did you remember to hand in your English homework?
A. Oh, no! I forgot!   I'll hand it in right away. 

Q　あなた忘れてない　あなたに（手渡し）提出した英語の宿題？
A　うわ！！　忘れてた！！
　　わたし、それ提出します　すぐに

 ※hand(t)in って感じで読む

6.  wake up the kids

Q. Did you remember to wake up the kids?
A. Oh, no! I forgot!
     I'll wake them up right away.

Q　あなた忘れてない　子供たちを起こすのを？
A　うわ！！　忘れてた！！
　　わたし、あいつら起こしてくる　すぐに

7. put on your raincoat

Q. Did you remember to put on your raincoat?
A. Oh, no! I forgot!
    I'll put it on right away.

Q　あなた忘れてない　自身の雨具きるの？
A　うわ！！　忘れてた！！
　　わたし、それ着るよ　すぐに

8. take off your boots

Q. Did you remember to take off your boots?
A. Oh, no! I forgot!
     I'll take them off right away.

Q　あなた忘れてない　自身の長靴を脱ぐの？
A　うわ！！　忘れてた！！
　　わたし、それら脱ぐよ　すぐに

9.teke out the garbage

Q. Did you remember to take out the garbage?
A. Oh, no! I  forgot!
    I'll take it out right away.

Q　あなた忘れてない　ゴミを持っていくの？
A　うわ！！　忘れてた！！
　　わたし、それ持っていくよ　すぐに

※garbage（ゴミ）一括りでゴミなので　”it” になる
