The more the baby grows inside you. The uterus becomes bigger to accommodate the baby inside. Stay Hydrated

Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water every day. You can include smoothies and soups besides drinking water. Try to drink from a cup or glass. No need to gulp it down. And try not to drink aerated drinks.

Stay Active

Go for brisk walking or swimming. Try to do it for at least half an hour. Gradually, your tendency to pass wind will start reducing.  However, before you start exercising, consult your healthcare practitioner. 

Check Which Food is Causing You Bloating

Some dairy products starches like wheat, and corn, fructose like onion, pears, ketchup, fried food, and high-fat food, etc., are some foods that are not suitable for your stomach.

Add carrots, other leafy veggies, pears, and oatmeal to your pregnancy diet. While you have this food, you can absorb water from them naturally. That is good for your digestive system. Additionally, eating fiber-rich food can smoothen your bowel movements and make you feel less bloated. 

Eat Small Meals

While the developing baby inside you, takes up more space across the womb, your capacity to digest reduces. Intake of large meals may aggravate the condition. So, to make your stomach feel comfortable, eating small meals is the deal. 

Eat Your Food Slowly

Try not to hog on your food. Chew on your food slowly. That will help you digest.
