Caring for your Brewtime Supreme coffeemaker
Machine cleaning: Your Brewtime Spreme coffeemaker is designed to last many years, providing you with delicious coffee day after day. For optimal performance, clean your Berewtime Supreme on a monthly basis. While commercial cleaning cleaning solution are available, a 50-50 mixture of white vinegar and water may also be used. New procedure
The Tech Help Desk tends to receive a high number of service requests between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 10:00 A.M. Our staff has the capacity to handle all of these within a reasonable time frame, but to improve efficiency we need your help in implementing a new procedure.
Going forward, employees must designate a proority level when submittig service requests. "Critical priority" designations will be reserved for problems that directly jeopardize our ability to meet client obligations. These requests will be acted on immediately by Help Desk staff members. The "high priority" designation should be used for issues that are preventing employees from doing their work. These issues will be handled within three hours, if possible. However, 60% of the requests we typically receive are for less time-sensitive issues and should be marked "standard priority." We will respond to these requests within 24 hours of submission. Finally, "low priority" requests will be addressed within three business days. Requests for software enhancements, for example, would fall under this latt category.

Questionnaire
Good morning,
A performance evaluation of Walkinson Conservancy's executive director has been initiated by the board of directors and is currently being conducted by my department. As part of that process, a questionnaire has been prepared. All Conservancy staff and current members will be receiving a hard-copy version of the questionnaire form in the mail this week. An online version ias also available on our Web site at xxx.
The questionnaire is anonymous unsess you choose to include your name. There is room a the end of the form if you wish to expand on your ansers with any additional thought.
Please be aware that submissions will be read by every member of the board. Thease forms will become part of the executive director's personnel file, with the same privacy protections and restricted access ay any employee's personnel file.
The form must be submitted by 5 P.M. on Moday, May 10. If you are completing the paper version, please send it by mail, or put it in the interoffice mail in a sealed envelope marked: Executive Director Performance Evaluation, Human Resources.
