How to use of limited time

I decide to write article relevant to myself because of improving my English skill. 
I understand my English skill is so poor. So I want to grow up myself throughout to this writing.
Today, I want to write about a book that name is How to use of limited time.
This book is recent popular in Japan.
I have learnd the following through this book.

・Time is limited.
・There is a limited to everything. So I have to select what I really need.
・I don't have to do everything I can do. 
・It's important to make original time for myself.
