GLORIOUS WORD DEVOTIONAL Day 12 LEARN TO LAUGH 笑いは勝利！

(Proverbs 17:22) A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.
心が陽気になれば体も健康になり、気がふさげば病気になります。(箴言17:22)

The highlighted portion of our theme scripture is telling us that a person who is happy and joyful always is going to live in health.
今日の聖句は、幸せで陽気な人はいつも健康に生活するだろうと、私たちに教えています。

One way of expressing happiness and joyfulness is by laughing.
幸せで陽気さを表現する一つの方法は、笑うことです。

Dear One, make it your character to always laugh no matter what you are facing in life.
親愛なる皆さん、人生でどんなことに直面しようとも、いつも笑うことを心がけてください。

If you have sick and you are reading this devotional, you can begin to laugh now.
もし今病気だけれど、このディボーションを読んでいたら、早速笑ってみてください。

As you do, the sickness will leave you right now.
そうすると、すぐにでも病が去っていくでしょう。

Laughter reduces stress hormones like cortisol and epinephrine.
笑いは、コルチゾールやエピネフリンといったストレスホルモンを減らしてくれるのです。

At the same time, it improves your immunity by increasing endorphins (relieves the body of pains) and improving the effectiveness of T cells (needed for fighting viral infections).
それと同時に、エンドルフィン(体の痛みを和らげる神経伝達物質)を増やしたりT細胞(ウイルス感染と戦うために必要な細胞集団)の働きを向上させることで、笑いには免疫力を高める作用があります。

These are just a few of the benefits of laughter.
これらは笑いがもたらす恩恵の本の一例です。

This laughter is going to work for your health and healing because Jesus already paid for it. Begin to laugh now.
笑いは健康と癒しに効果があるでしょう。なぜならイエスが既にその対価を支払われたからです。

Meditation: (Proverbs 17:22) A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.

Activity: Pray in the name of Jesus for not less than 30 minutes declaring that your laughter is medicine. Also find time today and laugh.
実践: イエスの名によって30分以上祈り、あなたの笑いが薬であることを宣言しましょう。また、今日、時間を見つけて、笑ってみましょう。

Confession: I laugh at situations no matter what. My laughter is medicine.
