(Luke 1:78) “Through the tender mercy of our God; whereby the dayspring from on high hath visited us.” (ルカ1:78) "私たちの神の優しいあわれみによって、高い所からの日の光が私たちを訪れてくれたのです。"

The word translated “day-spring” can also be translated as “dawn, rising of light, or rising”. 
日春」と訳された言葉は、「夜明け、光の立ち上がり、上昇」とも訳すことができます。

So, this Scripture is saying, through the tender mercy or sympathy and inward affection of our God; a new and rising light has visited us. 
つまり、この聖句は、私たちの神の優しい憐れみ、あるいは同情、内なる愛情によって、新しい、立ち上がる光が私たちを訪れたと述べているのです。

This light is not the light that comes into our lives without making any impact. 
この光は、私たちの生活に何の影響も与えずに入ってくる光ではありません。

This light is not the light in our homes or on our phones. 
この光は、家庭や携帯電話の中の光ではありません。

No! This light brings relief. This light is Jesus Christ and by extension, His Word. 
そうです。この光は救済をもたらすものです。この光は、イエス・キリストであり、ひいてはその御言葉です。

In John 8:12 Scripture reports that “Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness but have the light of life.”
ヨハネによる福音書8章12節に、「それから、イエスは再び彼らに語られた。わたしは世の光である。わたしに従う者は、やみの中を歩むのではなく、いのちの光を持つのである」

Now, when you believed in Jesus Christ, you were also made a light (Matthew 5:14). Now it is time to rise. It is time to shine. さて、イエス・キリストを信じたとき、あなたも光とされました（マタイ5:14）。

It’s a new dawn. You will shine ever so brightly by the power of the Holy Ghost. 
今こそ、立ち上がる時です。輝くときです。新しい夜明けです。あなたは、聖霊の力によって、これまでにないほど明るく輝くことでしょう。

Stay in prayer and declare that it is a new dawn for you and you are going to shine from today forward. Hallelujah! 
祈りの中にいて、あなたにとって新しい夜明けであり、今日から輝いていくのだと宣言してください。ハレルヤ！

Confession: It’s a new dawn and its my time to shine again. Kings shall come to my rising for I have been made a light just like Jesus Christ my Lord. Hallelujah! 
告白してください。新しい夜明けです！そして、私が再び輝く時です。私の主イエス・キリストのように、私も光とされたので、王たちは私の立ち上がりに来るでしょう。ハレルヤ!

Say this if you have never been born again. I declare from today that Jesus Christ is my Lord and I believe that God raised Him from the dead. 
もし、あなたがまだ一度も生まれ変わったことがないのなら、こう言ってください。私は今日から、イエス・キリストが私の主であり、神が彼を死者の中からよみがえらせたことを信じると宣言します。
