GLORIOUS WORD DEVOTIONAL Day103 REJOICE ALWAYS 常に喜びなさい

(Philippians 4:4) Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice.あなたがたは、主にあっていつも喜びなさい。繰り返して言うが、喜びなさい。　

There are several things the Christian must do to maintain the victory Christ Jesus has given him/her. 

キリスト・イエスが彼/彼女に与えた勝利を維持するためにクリスチャンがしなければならないことがいくつかあります。

One of them is rejoicing in the Lord always. Notice the use of the word “always”. It means at all times. 

そのうちの一人はいつも主を喜んでいます。 「常に」という言葉の使用に注意してください。 それはどんな時もということを意味します。

So God expects you to rejoice in good and bad times. Rejoicing gives assurance to the victory you have in the Lord. 

ですから、神はあなたが良い時も悪い時も喜ぶことを期待しています。 喜ぶことは、あなたが主にあって勝利することを保証します。

It is for this reason that Apostle Paul admonished the Philippian church to rejoice in the Lord. 

使徒パウロがフィリピの教会に主を喜ぶように忠告したのはこのためです。

The word “rejoice” as used in our theme scripture could mean be glad, joyful, cheerful, and by extension to laugh. 

私たちのテーマの聖句で使われている「喜ぶ」という言葉は、喜んで、楽しく、陽気で、ひいては笑うことを意味するかもしれません。

To the layman, it is nonsense to rejoice when you are facing difficult situations but remember God has taken the foolish things of this world to confound the wise (1 Corinthians 1:27). それだのに神は、知者をはずかしめるために、この世の愚かな者を選び、強い者をはずかしめるために、この世の弱い者を選び、

This is the strategy of the Holy Ghost. 

これが聖霊の戦略です。

Rejoice always, for if you do, you provoke the power of the Holy Ghost to work on your behalf. Halleluyah!

いつも喜んでください。そうするなら、あなたは聖霊の力をあなたに代わって働くように挑発します。 ハレルヤ！

Meditation: (Philippians 4:4) Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice.
Activity: Spend time in prayer today and declare that you will always rejoice in the Lord.
Confession: I am glad, merry, excited, and joyful all the time. I rejoice in all situations for this is the assurance of the victory Christ gave me. Halleluyah!
