GLORIOUS WORD DEVOTIONAL Day 3８ PUT AWAY BAD HABITS 悪い習慣を捨て去りなさい

(Ephesian 4:31) Let all bitterness and indignation and wrath (passion, rage, bad temper) and resentment (anger, animosity) and quarrelling (brawling, clamour, contention) and slander (evil-speaking, abusive or blasphemous language) be banished from you, with all malice (spite, ill will, or baseness of any kind).　（エフェソへ信徒への手紙　４：３１）すべての無慈悲、憤り、怒り、騒ぎ、そしり、また、いっさいの悪意を捨て去りなさい。

There are certain habits God expects you to put off or banish from your life once you become a Christian. 

あなたがクリスチャンになって以来神様はあなたの人生からある特定の習慣を追い払うことを期待しています。

These are bitterness, indignation, wrath (evil passion, rage, bad temper), resentment (animosity, anger), quarrelling (brawling, clamour, contention), slander (abusive or blasphemous language) and malice (ill will). 

これらは、苦味のある、憤慨、怒り（邪悪な情熱、怒り）、恨み（敵意、怒り）、喧嘩（喧噪、争い）、誹謗中傷（虐待的または冒涜的な言葉）、悪意です。

With the power of the Holy Spirit inside you and with your cooperation, it is very easy to breakaway from these bad habits. Right now, lay your hands on that part of your body, which you have been using in carrying out that bad deed and say “by the power of the Holy Ghost I will do right from today”.

あなたの内に聖霊の力があり、あなたの協力があれば、これらの悪い習慣から抜け出すのはとても簡単です。 今、あなたがその悪い行いを実行するのに使ってきたあなたの体のその部分に手を置いて、「聖霊の力によって、私は今日からすぐにやります」と言います。

 if you are a liar, just touch your mouth, if you easily get angry, lay your hand on your chest and declare a change in that part of your body in Jesus mighty name. 

嘘つきなら、口に触れてください。怒りやすいなら、胸に手を置いて、イエスの力強いどｄの御名において、体のその部分の変化を宣言してください。 

Now, cooperate with the Holy Spirit, in order not to repeat such bad habits. 

今、聖霊と共に、その悪い習慣を繰り返さないためにも。

After putting these bad habits away, God expects you to replace them with a compassionate, understanding, loving heart which easily forgives (Ephesian 4:32).

その悪習慣が取り除かれたときに、神様はあなたに慈悲と、理解力と愛の許しの心に導くでしょう。（エフェソへ信徒への手紙　４：３２）

Meditation: (Ephesian 4:31) Let all bitterness and indignation and wrath (passion, rage, bad temper) and resentment (anger, animosity) and quarrelling (brawling, clamour, contention) and slander (evil-speaking, abusive or blasphemous language) be banished from you, with all malice (spite, ill will, or baseness of any kind).
Activity: Spend quality time today and declare that you won’t be a slave to any bad habit in Jesus mighty name.
Confession: I banish bitterness, indignation, evil passion, anger, bad temper, animosity, contention, brawling, slander, blasphemous language with all ill will from life now! I am full of love. By the power of the Holy Ghost, no sin will be too difficult for me to forgive. Halleluyah!
