(Joshua 1:3) “Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you, as I said unto Moses.” (ヨシュア記1:3) "あなたの足の裏が踏むすべての場所は、モーセに言ったように、私があなたに与えたものである。

God knows that until He tells us what He has done for us, we would not take advantage of them. 
神は、私たちのためにしてくださったことを教えてくださるまで、私たちがそれらを利用しないであろうことを知っておられるのです。

In the Old Testament section of the Bible, God told His children that every place that the sole of their foot shall tread upon, that has He given unto them.
旧約聖書では、神は子供たちに「足の裏が踏みつける場所はすべて、神が彼らに与えたものである」と言われました。

So, anytime you step into a new environment, the first thing you ought to do is to say, “I take dominion over this place, for wherever I step comes under my authority”. 
ですから、新しい環境に足を踏み入れたら、まず、「私はこの場所を支配します。私が足を踏み入れた場所は、すべて私の権威の下に置かれます」と言うべきです。

In the New Testament Section of the Bible God took things higher. 
新約聖書では、神はより高い次元に踏み込まれました。

He said, “Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy; and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” (Luke 10:19). 
見よ、わたしはあなたがたに、蛇やさそりを踏みつけ、敵のあらゆる力を支配する権威を授ける。(ルカ10:19）

He added that you shall have what you say (Mark 11:24). 
そして、「あなたがたは、言ったとおりになるのです」（マルコ11:24）と付け加えられました。

What are you waiting for? Take dominion over your family, school, vicinity, etc, for every evil power there is under you, for you are in Christ Jesus. 
あなたは何を待っているのでしょうか？あなたはキリスト・イエスにあるのですから、あなたの家族、学校、周辺など、そこにあるあらゆる悪の力をあなたの下に支配するようになりましょう。

Stay in prayer, and declare that wherever you find yourself, the powers there will submit to you in the name of Jesus and by the power of the Holy Ghost. Hallelujah! 
あなたがどこにいても、イエスの御名と聖霊の力によって、そこにある力があなたに服従することを宣言し、祈り続けてください。ハレルヤ！

Confession: I have taken dominion over places, localities, counties, cities, nations, continents, and the world for wherever my sole treads are legally under me. I do not cower for I come with the authority of the blessed Son of God; the Lord Jesus Christ. Hallelujah!

Say this if you have never been born again. I declare from today that Jesus Christ is my Lord and I believe that God raised Him from the dead.
