上記のPowershellスクリプトをタスクスケジューラで管理者権限付きで実行する
タスクマネージャーは管理者権限がないとウィンドウを最小化できない
Start-Processで最初から最小化で起動する方法もあるけどそれだとタスクトレイに隠れない
