Notice on Calling for Fan Works for Countdown Event of “RIN + YUKIO = OKUMURA”

We are calling for fan works to enjoy the countdown on Twitter for the online event about Rin and Yukio, RIN + YUKIO = OKUMURA. Until the day of the event, let’s share the pleasure of waiting for the event!

Period of Countdown (not yet fixed)
May 20, 2021 ～ June 18, 2021
＊ This period will probably change depending on the number of applicants.

Fan Works Called for
・Illustration, Mange (Comics), Novels, Pictures of Cosplays, Works of Plushie or Doll, and Handmade Goods (e.g. Invitation cards, Seating Order Tables, Sweets, Flower Arrangements, and so on)
・When the works are related with Okumura brothers, every kinds of works are acceptable.
・Unauthorized reproduction or unauthorized reprinting of pictures provided by official organizations are prohibited. Also, unauthorized reprinting of fan works made by others is prohibited.

Contents of Works

・Fan works for the countdown will be posted on Twitter. So, R-rated works are unacceptable, since everyone in Twitter are able to see them.

・Even if works include the depiction of the shipping (slash), it is acceptable. But, we recommend you not to make works include depictions of the shipping strongly, since this event is not the event which fixes top and bottom of the shipping. For all fans who love the relations of each top/bottom or love the relations with no slash, works which do not include the depiction of the shipping or include it a little are recommended.

・Works that you made in past are acceptable.
Directly posting pictures on Twitter is fine. Also, it is OK that you post a tweet with a URL link which link to a website provided by other services, for example pixiv.

・The announcement ad with illustration, novels, plushie, doll, and handmade goods (e.g. invitation cards, seating order tables and flower arrangements) is acceptable.

・The theme of works for countdown will change depending on schedule. If you have a theme that you would like to be in charge, please kindly let us know by keying in it into the application form. When there is no request in the application form, we, hosts of this event, will choose it for you.
(For example, the theme of 30 days before the event is “marriage proposal.” And, the theme of 7 days before the event is “choosing clothes for the wedding ceremony.”)

How to Apply for the Participation in This Countdown Event

1.　Please kindly apply for the participation by the following application form.
The deadline of the application is at 12:00 a.m. JAPAN TIME on May 8 (Sat.).
There is a possibility that the above deadline will come to be earlier than the above schedule if applicants are many.

2.　After closing the application, we will arrange the schedule and will inform you of the date that we would like you to be in charge of, by DM of Twitter.
If you have a request about the date in charge, we will try to meet it as much as possible. But, when we receive some requests about the same date, we will arrange the schedule by ourselves. We would like to ask for your understanding.

3.　Before the date in charge, please kindly prepare for your work.

4.　On the date in charge, please kindly post your works on Twitter by your Twitter account. Hosts’ account of this event will do retweet of your tweet to release an announcement of works for the countdown event.
