Today's Non Alcoholic Beer : Pale Ale by Gruvi

A great day should be finished with a great NA beer! Recently I'm just a super happy person in my studio working. After a light jog, a refreshing NA beer is what makes my everyday happy.

Especially today was my first time trying out GRUVI! Just look at this design, so CLEAN! I'm on my spree of light taste beer these days so tried the Pale Ale, hoping it will perfectly match with tonight's dinner, Oyako-don! Oyako-Don is a chicken & egg in a rice bowl and the main sauce is soy flavor. Despite the great taste of the Pale Ale, it did not pair well with a soy flavor. But the taste of this beer was ♥ Very light, refreshing, citracy, yet somehow creamy on the tongue. I had a similar experience when drinking the golden ale by Bravus Brewing. That softness, that richness, that roundness of the taste is so distinctive and I just LOVE it! 

Their recommendation on paring was fish & chips and salty pretzel. I mean, that will match with almost any beer. lol 

Definitely have to try something a little bit more thick and salty with this beer. But the after-taste is so light, it will match with almost anything. Can not wait to try the golden ale I also bought!

OMG! Just realized this was 0% ABV! Holy cow. that's pretty amazing! Usually, when it's 0% many breweries add some funkiness I usually don't like them, but now it's more impressive knowing that!

Food Pairing：Simple grilled meat, fish with salt&pepper. Definitely not soy base but doesn't have to be too salty or cream heavy to match this beer
