Today's Non Alcoholic Beer : Kolsch by Best Day Brewing

Wusup NA drinkers! Can you all believe it's already the end of January? I thought we just celebrated New Year and this month is already ending. Personally, this month was my first month of small accomplishments, and to celebrate that, I'm opening up a new NA beer!

Here's a NA beer brewed in Northern California. Kolsh style! The design is so poppy and cute, sort of got that 70s color and styling. A combination of Cologne and Pilsner malts and Hallertau Traditional hops is creating a refreshingly complex Kolsch-style ale. Personally, I've tasted a hint of roasting aroma to it with a mild IPA-ish bitterness. Anyways, Kolsch seems like a combination of complexity that every refreshing beer has. Absolutely love it, and it pairs so well with Asian food. (Important to me!)
