20240218 Summarize into 「20 charactors」 of what you learn

I read the book of "Summarize into 「20 characters」 of what you learn", which taught me a lot of thing I will be able to use in my daily and my business seems.

Some of the impressive sentences are following.

• Most people tend to forget what they learn. What we should do in order not to forget are ①clarify the purpose、②arrangement of consideration, ③summarize to brief.（学んだことのほとんどは忘れている（P20）。忘れない為に必要なことは、①目的の明確化、②思考整理、③端的な要約（P34））

• Read with my own words and without forgetting the purpose.(自分の言葉で租借しながら読む（P26）、目的を忘れずに本を読む（P68)）

• I always try to understand thing about which I can explain to the questions from others.( 自分は、いざ人に聞かれたら説明できるように、物事を理解している。（P107）)

• What is the meaning of understanding is to be able to explain to the others, not only to understand by myself.　（理解とは「人に説明できる状態」になること。（P108）「自分がわかればそれでOK]（P109）ではない。）

• learning is "the action to arrange consideration to the level of explainable, in order to that, we have to be clear "why", "what", "how".(学習とは「説明可能なレベルで思考整理する営み」であり、Why,What,Howが整理され答えられるようにすることが重要（P116～118）)

• It is important to change "verb" into "action" in order to clarify, if you use only "verb", you had better point out by myself and take an action.（動詞を動作に変換する（P158）できていなければ具体的にどうのセルフ突っ込みで行動につなげる（P159））

• Sales can't be achieved by myself. To work is to be ease the people around.売上とは一人では絶対に上げられないもの（P179）。働くとは傍ら（はた）を楽（らく）にすること。（P183）

• To be able to live what I want to live, not to bother from company any more, when such kind of  your request get to the maximum, you tend to be independent from your company. Such desires may drive you strongly, but working sense such as self-satisfaction,　self-complete, self-realization are lack of motivations of  "to be useful for other people". For business, you must have dedication for others, not self-realization. Do you have any motivations when you learn something? If not, your learning has no demands. If knowledge to solve the problems =learning for supplying, leads straightforward to dedications for others=to work.自分の生きたいように生きたい、これ以上会社に翻弄されたくない（P186）といった欲求が最高潮になったときに独立する人が多い。自己実現的な欲求は強力なドライバーにはなるが、自己満足・自己完結・自己実現的な仕事観には、「人の役に立ちたい」という根本動機がない。仕事には、自己実現でなく他者貢献が必要。あなたの学びに他者貢献的な動機はあるか？それがないとき、あなたの学びは仕事上の需要がないという状態になってしまう。（P195）各問題を解決するための知見＝供給を学ぶ、となれば、無駄なく一直線に他者貢献＝働くに繋がる（P195）。
