20240126 How to motivate employees

Someone at the company told me about this article. I think it was because I had told him about an idea of mine similar to this one before, but I thought this article was great. Many companies have introduced some sort of internal currency, but in the case of this article, it is amazing that individual contributions are paid as bonuses in an internal currency linked to the actual yen, that some employees earn as much as 45 million a year, and that this is achieved with transparency guaranteed.
I believe that the most important thing in an organization, especially for managers and leaders, is to understand what each individual is seeking, what their motivation is, and how to effectively stimulate those points, and this case is an example of how this is very well achieved.
