20240128 what is organization for?

I have to write a report of following questions till tomorrow.
・How do you think of current status of your organization?
・What do you want to do with your organizaion, and what is real state of it?
・what should you do for it?
But I feel very strange felling about these questions. Because I think that most important thing is what I want to do for the company, for the world, for the human future. Organization is not fixed, to be changed in order to realize dream, so I'm not interested in my organization itself. I'm strongly intrested in what I can do with members, with organizations, with all over the world.
