20240326 starting a business from middle age

Today, I met my son’s father at the station and talked with him on my way to the office for about 40 minutes. He started a new business from 2020, when he was 46 years old. He recommends to publish own company in the middle age because of no retirement, being able to use people's connection, etc. He said that many entrepreneur have been succussed their own world with not necessarily college education, rather than they have a strong sprit which they never defeat to elites.I totally agreed with what he said!
