20240321 Management training

Today, I had a full day management training in face to face.
But what our instructor said was all very convincing, especially, most impressed me was following
"What is important is, not recovering the weak point, but enforcing the strong point"I would have wanted to do so, and feel what I have been thinking is not wrong.
I would like to open the new world by the new technology, in order to that , I would like to involve many people and lead the what I haven't ever done.
