今朝の英会話の講師が当たりで朝から少し嬉しい。
人気講師はあっという間に埋まってしまう。
レッスンは毎日1回受けられるのだけれど、一度レッスンを終えないと次の予約ができないので、夜にレッスンを受けようものなら軒並み翌日の講師は埋まっている。となると結局朝にレッスンを受ける事になる、というルーティン。
世の中がパンデミックになり家に閉じこもっていた2020年の4月頃から始めたのだけれど、今迄オンラインレッスンじゃなあ、と敬遠していたのがやってみてハマった。
１レッスンは25分位と短いものだけど、だから続けられている所もある。
上海に来てから回線が安定せず、ビデオではなく通話でのレッスンが増えてしまったけれど、もうちょっと安定すれば良いのだけれども。
こちらの天気は日々快晴で暑い。だが外に出ていないので基本はエアコン下にいる。
なので問題は無いのだけれども。

夜は2本連続でオンラインmtgと割とハードな１日だった。
今回の上海チーム（まだ出国していない人がいるので東京と上海から）で、これからのやり方を話し合う。こうして意見を出してくれるのは本当に心強いし、自分の視点が狭くなっている事を気付かせてくれて感謝。や、長期出張してまで作るのだから、良い物にしたい。

This morning's Online English conversation tutor was good, which made me a little happy.
Popular tutors fill up very quickly.
I can take one lesson every day, but I can't make another appointment until I've finished my lesson, so if I try to take a lesson at night, the tutor for the next day is already booked up. If I try to take a lesson in the evening, the tutor for the next day will be booked..
I started taking lessons around April 2020, when I was stuck at home due to the pandemic, and I had been avoiding online lessons, but now I'm hooked.
Each lesson is only about 25 minutes long, but that's part of what keeps me going.
Since I came to Shanghai, I've been taking more lessons over the phone instead of video because of the unstable connection.
The weather here is sunny and hot, but I'm not outside, I'm basically in the air conditioning.
So it's not a problem.

I had two online mtgs in a row at night, so it was a rather hard day.
The Shanghai team (from Tokyo and Shanghai, since some of us haven't left Tokyo yet) discussed how to proceed. It's really encouraging to have opinions like this, and I'm grateful to them for making me realize how narrow my perspective has become. I want it to be good because I have to travel for a long time to make it.
