昼間にWSのタイムテーブルについてオンラインmtg。
夕方、演出助手の現地の友人が差し入れてくれるとの事で、Starbucksのアイスコーヒーが届く。冷蔵庫が無い身、且つ最近ではデリバリーアプリにも中国の携帯電話番号での認証が必要らしく、香港のSIMの電話番号しか持っていない我々は弾かれてしまい注文が出来ない為、本当に嬉しい。
いじめに関する映画を観終わった所、トレンドに「小山田辞任」の文字。
この件について、まるで関係無いママタレ迄もがSNSで彼に言及しているのを見掛けて驚く。或る意味、五輪の狂騒？から今回物理的な距離を取れている事は良かった点もあるけど、何十年後か先に、東京に居て肌感でその空気を感じられなかった自分を悔やむかもしれない。
それは去年パンデミック内で台北にいる時にも似ている。

逆にいえばこちらの体験をしている事も希少か、と思い直す。

In the afternoon, we had an online mtg about the WS timetable.
In the evening, an iced coffee from Starbucks was delivered to us by a local friend of the assistant director. I'm really happy because I don't have a refrigerator, and recently the delivery app requires authentication with a Chinese cell phone number, but we only have a Hong Kong SIM, so we can't order anything.
I just finished watching a movie about bullying and saw the words "Oyamada quit the music composer of the Olympic ceremony" trending.
I was surprised that even celebrities who didn't know him at all didn't think to mention him.

In some ways, it was good to be able to keep a physical distance from the frenzy of the Olympics., but I thought that decades from now, I might regret not being there.
It seems like when I was in Taipei during the pandemic. But then I thought about how rare it is to be able to experience something like this.
