CNP ラバーフィギュアは22日まで（12/19）

目次


前節


ライセンシングジャパンでできたつながりをつながりを構築している最中。
閉幕後からずっと打ち合わせしている状況。
これまでできなかった企業と話ができるようになっている。
具体的な展開を作っていきたい、

CNPのプロジェクトへの興味


キャラクターを前提としたコミュニティができており、受けのコミュニティではなくファンダムとして興味を持ってもらっている。
（ファン+勢力範囲を表す「ダム」を掛け合わせたもの）
ファンダムのような一緒に生まれたコミュニティがあると見られている。
海外ライセンスを輸入してやっている事業者からするとすごく珍しく勢いがあると見られている。

意識していること


コミュニティメンバーを消費者と見ているところとは慎重になっている。
一緒に盛り上げていきたいという考えがある。
CNPは他のコミュニティにはない強みがある。
Web3の実績も強いため、企業のWeb3への興味関心も強い。
NFTつけて商品を販売したいという声もある。
シンプルにNFTを貼り付けて売るのは簡単だが、欲しい状態に持っていくのが大変。
NFTをつけたら売れると思われている節も一定数あるのが現状。

ラバーフィギュア


11/22から予約開始し、予約終了から一般販売に切り替わっている。

予約者には今日あたりから届いてきている。
NFTは単純なおまけではなくCNP Toysシリーズとしてみれるようなコレクションにしている。
12/25以降にメールが届き、LINE NFTがミントできるようになっている。
購入者1人1人にURLが発行されている。
300点×3体合計900点しかないNFTになる。
リビール前の箱がそのまま使われているデザインになっている。

CNPが初めて作られたフィギュアになっている。
将来CNPが拡大して行った時に初めて作られたフィギュアとして紹介できる。

作るのが大変


Kimさんのキャラクターデータを渡して型を作っていくところからスタート。
型を作って中身を入れ抜く形にするのに苦労した。
ルナのピンク色は濃すぎて素材から見直したりした。
今回は完全素体。
ぜひ魔改造・装飾を付け加えるなどして遊んでみてほしい。

初の3D商品、初のライセンス契約商品。
これからCNPがIPライセンスを提供して作ってもらう取り組みの先駆けになっている。

ブロックチェーン・NFTの話


昔CCCに勤めていた時の元同僚に企画書を作って話を勧めたことがあった。
当時話していた相手とは繋がらなかったが、時が変わって改めて勉強会をCCCとやったりしながら出店の話に進んだ。
物事を進めるには時間がかかる。
相手側の準備ができ関心が出てくると仕事として一緒にできるようになっていく。
2019年に話をしていた当時はこれからだった。
ゲーム内で手に入れたアイテムを転売できたり、アートの転売をブロックチェーン技術を使ってできるようになるという話をしていた。
昔話をしていたことが今花開いてきている。
1年2年で芽が出るような話ではなく、粛々と勧めていくものだと感じている。

市況


ブルーチップNFTの取引。
今までは取引量が多ければフロア価格が上がっていった。
2023年はそうなっていない。
フロアプライスと取引量は直結しない。
ポイント狙いでBlur取引が増えているだけだから。
マーケットでの評価が正しくできなくなっている。
OpenSeaなどのブルーチップはパジーペンギンがモデルケースになっている。

他のブルーチップとの違い


プロジェクト自体が価値になっている。
流通の小売りでぬいぐるみが売られており、収益を生み出す価値がホルダーに直結している、
NFTを持っていることでホルダーの収益につながっている設計が非常に大事。
CNPもCheck to earnプログラムを組み込んでいる。
CNPというIPが収益を生んでいき、ホルダーは業務を行うことで収益化ができるようになる。
ホルダーを含めた経済圏を作っていきたい。

10体まとめて買ってくれた企業を貼っていこうとしている。

時事通信出版社はうじゅ本が出た出版社。
NFTが出る前から付き合いのある企業。
CNPを応援してくれる形になっている。
企業がCNPを請求書払いで購入してくれている。
少しずつ企業枠も広げていき、全体の中の割合を増やしていく。
企業が売っていくのは大変。
ある意味ロックされている状況になり安定化が図れる。

デジタル城下町


CNPというIPを使うのはまだ距離が遠く時間がかかりそう。
手前で何かできることとして、デジタル城下町プロジェクトに上手く絡んでいきたいと考えている。
お城がある自治体とうまく活用していきたい。
全国には4万城ほどあり、うち3千ほどが現存
200城程度をターゲットとしてさまざまなお城を増やしていきたい。
お城を集めていく、
デジタル町民票を持って実際にお城に行ったり、支援するとNFTを育てていける。
地元を盛り上げていく企画は非常にさまざまな取り組みがされているが、その中にもフィットする。
少し回り道になるかもしれないがうまく進めていきたい。

反省点


リアルのイベントは2週連続はやらない方がいい。
イベント後のフォロー体制を整えて回るようにしたい。
イベントを乗り越えることに頭がいっぱいだった。
この1、2週間はホルダー任せになっている。
年内はしっかりとできることを進めていきたい。

We have been in a situation where we have been meeting with companies since the closing of the show.
We are now able to talk with companies that we could not before.
We would like to make concrete developments,

CNP's interest in the project

A community based on the characters has been established, and people are interested in the project as a fandom, not as a receiving community.
(A cross between "fan" + "dam" for scope of influence)
It is seen as a community that was born together like a fandom.
It is seen as very unusual and vigorous from the perspective of a business that imports foreign licenses.

What they are aware of

We are cautious with places that view community members as consumers.
There is a desire to work together to make it more exciting.
CNP has strengths that other communities do not have.
Because of the strong track record of Web3, there is also strong interest in Web3 from companies.
Some people want to sell products by attaching NFTs.
It is easy to sell products by simply attaching NFTs, but it is difficult to bring them to the state where they are wanted.
There is a certain number of people who think they can sell their products if they put NFT on them.

Rubber Figures

Reservations started on 11/22 and switched to general sales after the end of reservations.

The pre-order holders have been receiving them since today.
NFT is trying to make the collection to be seen as a CNP Toys series rather than a simple extra.
You will receive an email after December 25th, and you will be able to mint the NFT on line.
A URL is issued to each purchaser.
There will be only 300 x 3 NFTs totaling 900 items.
The design of the box is the same as the one used before the re-building.


This is the first figure that CNP has made.
It can be introduced as the first figure made when CNP expands in the future.

Hard to make

The process started with the creation of a mold from Kim's character data.
It was difficult to make the mold and shape it to insert and remove the contents.
Luna's pink color was too dark, so we had to rethink the material.
This time, it is a complete body.
We hope you will play with it by adding magical modifications and decorations.

This is our first 3D product and our first licensed product.
This is the first of many initiatives that CNP will be offering IP licenses to be made in the future.

Blockchain/NFT story

I once made a proposal and recommended talking to a former colleague of mine when I used to work at CCC.
I was not able to connect with the person I was talking to at the time, but as time went by, I had another study session with CCC and we proceeded to talk about opening a new store.
It takes time to move things forward.
When the other side is ready and interested, we can start working together as a business.
At the time we were talking in 2019, it was just the beginning.
We were talking about being able to resell items obtained in the game and reselling art using blockchain technology.
What we were talking about in the past is now blossoming.
I feel that this is not something that will sprout in a year or two, but something that will be solemnly recommended.

Market Conditions

Blue chip NFT trading.
Until now, the floor price went up if the volume of transactions was high.
This is not the case in 2023.
There is no direct link between floor price and transaction volume.
It's just that Blur transactions are increasing for the sake of points.
The market is no longer valuing correctly.
Blue chips such as OpenSea are model cases for Pajee Penguin.

Differences from other blue chips

The project itself has become a value.
The stuffed animals are sold at retail for distribution, and the value of generating revenue is directly linked to the holder,
The design is very important, as having an NFT is connected to the holder's revenue.
CNP also incorporates a Check to earn program.
The IP of CNP will generate revenue, and holders will be able to monetize by conducting business.
We would like to create an economic zone that includes holders.

The company purchases CNP by invoice payment.
We will gradually expand the corporate quota and increase the percentage of the total.
It is difficult for companies to sell.
In a sense, the situation is locked and can be stabilized.

Digital Castle Town

Using the IP called CNP is still far away and will take time.
We would like to be involved in the Digital Castle Town project as something we can do at hand.
We would like to make good use of it with municipalities that have castles.
There are about 40,000 castles in Japan, of which about 3,000 are still in existence.
We would like to increase the number of various castles targeting about 200 castles.
We will collect castles,
We can grow the NFT by actually visiting castles with digital town cards and supporting them.
There are a great variety of projects being undertaken to boost the local community, and this fits into the mix.
It may be a bit of a detour, but we would like to make it work.

Reflections

Real events should not be held two weeks in a row.
We want to make sure we have a follow-up system in place after the event to go around.
I was preoccupied with getting through the event.
The past week or two have been left to the holders.
We want to make sure that we can do what we can to move forward during the year.
