CNP 銀座456行ってきました（3/25）

目次


銀座456


デジタル城下町などの話は非常に盛り上がる
地方創生などの話となるため、KDDI側も頭に入れている
デジタル城下町はかなり進んでいる
先行者優位が保てていると感じている
この状況をうまく活かしていきたい

トワ/セツナ公式


今回のイラストで260点の素材となった
クリエイターはヒロユキさんとKIKOさんの2名体制となっている
何か収益を上げているモデルではない
このままでいいのかも含めて検証し直す必要がある
アクセス集めて広告で行くまでには道のりは長い
スポンサーを募集してNFTを購入してもらい、運転資金を作っていくことも考えられる
ただ、ここに負担をしてもらうのも忍びない気がしている
たくさん使う人や企業などに有料化していく方法もあるが、これもしっくりこない
素材屋CNPのビジネスモデルができていない
このままでも良いのか？
いいように見えて自立していないのでダメだと感じている
予算が回ってこないと終わってしまう
NFTとして買ったらどうなるか？の枠組みを作ればいいのかもしれない
何か発明が必要だと感じている
継続していくためにも何かやり方を考えていきたい
トワ/セツナのアカウントはPANPAKから転生させている
フォロワーも徐々に入れ替わっていくと思う
今までWeb3やNFTに触れてこなかった人意外にリーチできていると感じている

CNPトレカ交換


あたりの「SSR」はNFT付きのカードと交換となるため、発送する必要がある
本来はカードの中に同梱されているのが望ましかった
2/21にKDDIからカードの話をもらった
3/22に工場から直接持ち込む形になっていた
3/10にイラストなどが締め切り
3/11から制作しており、営業日で見れば9日くらいしかないタイトなスケジュールだった
SSRはカードの中にNFCチップが入っている
チップの中にウォレットが入っており、NFTも入っている
どんな意味を持つのか？
何に役立っていくのか？考えていきたい
カードだけじゃない「何か」ができるようにしたい
コレクション性が高いものは真贋証明となるのかもしれない
発行数の担保などにもなるが、それ以外にもありそう

開封の儀


開けるところを流してもらう投稿を増やしていくのも大事
事前に出すコンテンツとして流し、購入をしてもらうこともできる
先行販売やモニター販売などにもなる？

制作秘話


ロボミタマにはセオリが乗っているカードが載っている
カードにする前はもう少し背中の部分が記載されていたが、トリミングされてしまい分かりづらくなってしまっていた
手に持っているのが⭕️⭕️だったという話

2件の取引発生のうち、直オファーで売れたのが1体

オーナー数：5371名
リスト：157体
請求書払いをやっているが、タバコを吸っている個体は嫌われている

サンドボックス

10週連続となるビルダーズチャレンジが開催されている
4月の中〜下旬に終わる
おそらく今7週目に入ったところと思われる
先週はありがたいことに様々な企画が催された
みんなでボイスチャットをしながら楽しむ企画が動いており、たくさんインしてくれていた
まだ1週目の記録しか発表されていない
現在までの結果がわからない状況
本来なら毎週発表して盛り上げていくだろうと思われるが、おそらくspam行為が行われておりその対策で発表が遅れている様子
調査が終了しない限り発表されない
強化ウィークは終わってしまったが、次の盛り上げ企画も4月に動く
NOT A HOTELの宿泊券がもらえる
鍵がもらえるキャンペーンを開催されるのでぜひ参加してほしい
伊賀の里もクリエイターズチャレンジに合わせて公開される
細かなクエストが揃うよりは街が整う状態になると感じている
4月に一部遊べるようになるので楽しみにしておいてほしい

Talks about digital castle towns, etc. are very exciting.
KDDI side has it in mind because it is a talk about regional development, etc.
Digital castle towns are making a lot of progress.
We feel that we have a first-mover advantage.
We want to make the most of this situation

Towa/Setsuna Official

260 illustrations were used for this project.
There are two creators, Mr. Hiroyuki and Ms. Kiko.
This is not a model that generates any revenue.
We need to re-evaluate the situation, including whether we should continue as is.
We have a long way to go to get access and advertising.
We may be able to recruit sponsors to purchase NFTs and create working capital.
However, I don't think we can bear to have them bear the burden here.
There is also a way to charge people or companies that use the service a lot, but this doesn't feel right either.
We don't have a business model for CNP, the material store.
Can we just keep doing this?
It looks good, but it's not self-sustaining, so I feel it's not good enough
If the budget doesn't come around, it's over
What if we buy it as an NFT? Maybe we could create a framework for
I feel we need to invent something
I would like to think of some way to do it to keep it going
The Twa/Setsuna account is being reincarnated from PANPAK
I think the followers will be gradually replaced
We feel that we are reaching a surprising number of people who have not been exposed to Web3 or NFT before

CNP Trending Card Exchange

SSRs" per CNP are exchanged for cards with NFT, so they need to be shipped.
It was originally hoped that they would be included in the card.
Received word of the card from KDDI on 2/21.
They were to be brought in directly from the factory on 3/22
Illustrations, etc. were due on 3/10.
Production started on 3/11, which was a tight schedule of only about 9 business days.
SSR has an NFC chip inside the card.
Wallet is inside the chip and NFT is inside the wallet
What does it mean?
What will it be useful for? I want to think about it.
We want to be able to do "something" more than just cards
Maybe something that is highly collectible could be a proof of authenticity.
It could be a guarantee of number of issues, etc., but there could be more than that

Opening the package

It's also important to increase the number of posts to have the opening of the card played
It could be played as content to put out in advance and get people to make purchases
Could be pre-sales, monitored sales, etc.?

Untold story of production

Robomitama has a card with Seori on it.
Before the card was made, the back was described a little more, but it was cropped and hard to recognize.

The Builder's Challenge is being held for the 10th consecutive week.
It ends in mid to late April.
We're probably on week 7 right now.
Last week, thankfully, we had a variety of projects
The project to have fun with voice chatting with everyone was working, and there were a lot of people coming in!
We have only released the records for the first week.
We don't know the results to date.
Normally, they would announce the results every week, but it seems that they are delaying the announcement due to spamming.
No announcement will be made until the investigation is completed.
The enhancement week is over, but the next project will be announced in April.

Iga's Village will also be open to the public in conjunction with the Creator's Challenge
We feel that the city will be in a state of readiness rather than a set of detailed quests
