CNP 新キャラ久遠猫が明日登場（9/20）

Ninja DAO2周年


1ドロ大会（1時間で書く）が行われる。

20日19時〜
時間内提出で記念動画SBTも行われるのでぜひ。

今日もコレクション整理でオファーなどで処分している履歴がある。
今は初期である程度保有していた人が手放す売り圧力が落ち着いてくるのを待つのみ。

新キャラ

8月くらいに猫のアイディアがofficeジェネラティ部内で話がまとまって進めてきた。
コメスケさんのデザインによりようやく出来上がってきた。
明日キャラクターの紹介する。
バー忍スケジュールは明日以降に決めていきたい。

＜日程調整する理由＞

✅キャラクター認知
マカミの時
キャラクター紹介が1月。
紹介してからキャラクターの認知や浸透に時間がかかる。
双子猫もキャラクターの浸透時間を設けたい。
キャラクターを出して愛着を持ってもらう期間・施策を時間かけて行なっていきたい。

✅市況の話
初期大量ホルダーが手放しているタイミング。
仮想通貨の盛り上がりタイミング。
今は厳しいタイミングと見ている。
もう少し後にしていけば回復していくのではないか？
まずはキャラクター誕生を進めていく。
NFTとしてのリビール等は時間・段階を踏んでいきたい。

今後のバー忍に向けて考えること

バー忍ごとにキャラクターが増えていくと、個体の存在が薄れていく。
キャラクターの特徴や思い出がそれぞれある。
ルナ：初バー忍
ヤーマ：完全体
マカミ：LINEのAIチャット
双子という切り口・最後の大型バー忍。
どういうことをやればキャラクターが立っていくのか？
キャラクターが出てきたからもらってくださいは雑。
自分の持っているキャラクターと交換したくなるのか？
全体の流れを含めて猫の立ち位置を考えていきたい。
最初は10月〜11月にリリースしていこうと考えていた。
ヤーマの時と市況が大きく変化しているのでそこまで急ぐ必要はないと考えている。
それなりの準備・仕込み時間は必要。
1体ずつの浸透時間をかけて行きたい。

2周年

イケハヤさんのツイートが元となっている。
NFTの使い方に仕事に応用できそうとヒントを得て進めていった。
イケハヤさんとは2つほど仕事上でニアミスしていた。

✅Webメディアの立ち上げ。
ソーシャルキャピタル（社会性資本）
みんなでコワーキングオフィスでコミュニティを作っていって仕事の紹介しあったり一緒に仕事したりする場所。
そこのメディアを作りたいという話になった。
当時インフルエンサーマーケティングという言葉はなかった。
通常のブログだと記事貯めて拡散していくスピードは非常に弱い。
地域創生など含めてインフルエンサーとしての力を借りた。
そこでイケハヤさんに白羽の矢が立って仕事を依頼した経緯がある。
その打ち合わせがあったことから繋がりがあった。
当時はインフルエンサーの影響力が現金になってなかった。
影響力を借りるだけの原稿料を計算して仕事をお願いした。

✅FanCLOVE
月額課金制のプラットフォーム
ファンの人に限定ブログや音声配信ができる。
大きなフォロワーがいなくてもで運営できる。
勝手にイケハヤさんにDMして相談してもらった。
そこで現地で1回だけ顔を合わせている。
Ninja DAOに入ってから身元を隠しながら10月くらいまで活動していた。
Ninjaオーナーになる活動を進めていた。
何をしたらNinjaオーナーになれるのかチャレンジしていた。
素性もわからない人がNinja DAOの中で活動してちゃんとNinjaオーナーになれるのか進めていた。
制約を設けて目的達成するのが好き
結果として1月にカルラのNinjaオーナーになれた。

CNPのプロジェクト始動

プロジェクトを進めていく中で様々な学びがある。
以前ほどのペースでプロジェクトは立ち上がっていないが、何かをやっていくのは非常に勉強になる。
今は市況変化があるので、誰かがやっている近くで学んでいくのが良さそう。
学んだ経験を自分のやりたいに活かしていけば。
Ninja DAOは自分が手を挙げたとき、discordでの活動を見てくれていた人が助けてくれる。
CNPでは会ったことも話したこともない人とdiscord内でのテキストチャットのみで信頼関係が積み重なってプロジェクトが進んでいる。
Ninja DAO内で新しい価値ができていると感じている。
CNPというプロジェクトが生まれるところはdiscordからできた。
いろんな道のプロフェッショナルが集まって専門性を発揮しながら一つのプロジェクトが誕生した。
今後もより大きく成長させて行きたい。

New Characters


The idea for the cat came together in August or so within the Office Generality Department and we have been working on it.
The cat was designed by Mr. Comeske and is finally ready to be used.
We will introduce the character tomorrow.
We will decide on the schedule for Bar-ninja after tomorrow.

We would like to set aside time for the twin cats to permeate the character as well.
We would like to take the time to introduce the character and implement measures to have people become attached to the character.

Timing of the rise of virtual currency.
We see this as a tough time.
If we do it a little later, it will recover.
First, we will proceed with the birth of the character.
We would like to take time and steps for re-building, etc. as NFT.

As the number of characters increases for each bar shinobi, the existence of individuals will diminish.
Each character has its own characteristics and memories.

We enlisted the help of influencers, including those in the area of community development.
That is how we found Mr. Ikehaya and asked him to do the job.
We had a connection with him after that meeting.
At the time, influencer influence was not a cash cow.
I calculated the manuscript fee just to borrow the influence and asked for the job.

You can distribute exclusive blogs and audio to your fans.
It can be operated even if you don't have a large following.
I took the liberty of DMing Mr. Ikehaya and asked him to consult with me.
So we met face to face only once on site.
After joining Ninja DAO, I was active until about October while hiding my identity.
He was promoting activities to become a Ninja owner.
I was challenging myself to see what I had to do to become a Ninja owner.
I was trying to find out if a person with unknown background could become a Ninja owner through activities in Ninja DAO.
I like to set constraints to achieve my goals.
As a result, I became a Ninja owner of Carla in January.

Start of the CNP project


I have learned many things while working on the project.
Although projects are not starting up at the same pace as before, it is a great learning experience to do something.
Since there are market conditions changing right now, it seems like a good idea to learn near what someone else is doing.
If I can apply the experience I learn to what I want to do.
Ninja DAO helps me when I raise my hand and people who have been watching my activities on discord.
In CNP, the project is progressing because trust is built up only through text chat within discord with people I have never met or talked to.
I feel that new value is being created within Ninja DAO.
The CNP project was born from discord.
Professionals from various fields came together and demonstrated their expertise, and a project was born.
I would like to make it grow even bigger in the future.
