CNP 今日はニンニンニンの日（2/22）

Optimismのエアドロップがあり、日本円で200万くらいCNPプロジェクトとしてもえらた
ETHに変えてフロアからスイープした
今のタイミングで売り抜けたい人も出てきており、フロア価格を下げてる状況があったため、一旦リセットさせてもらった
消費したわけではなく、資産性あるものに変えたと捉えている
盛り上がってもらえればと考えている

Ownersめぐり

2つの自治体と打ち合わせをしてきた
すべての自治体とオンラインだけで進むわけではない
実績がない間はしっかり顔を合わせて信頼関係を作っていかなくてはいけない
使い分けをしながら進めていきたい

甲賀市×クリプトニンジャ咲耶


CNPとしては甲賀市とはふるさとCNPとの連携もしている
CNPとしてではなく、アニメの1キャラクターである咲耶と締結しているのがポイント

フロア：0.4ETH
運営の資金150万円使ってもフロアが0.03ETHしか上がらなかった
オーナー数：5355名
数名の人がフロアに並べている状態
結局似通った構造になっている
ずっと大事にホールドしてくれる人
手放していく人を減らしていくゲームに思えてきた
今のフィナンシェも同じように感じている
CNPは時間がある程度経ってきているので進んでいる
景気が良かったのである程度持つべき人が持ってくれている状況にある
そこまで持っていくのがNFTプロジェクトは非常に大変だと感じている
売りたい人をどれだけ早く抜けてもらい、持ってもらいたい人にどうやって渡していくのか？が大事
フィナンシェではロックアップがあるためすぐに移行できない
渡すべき人に渡していくことをやっていきたい
CNPはあと一歩のところまで来ている
ただ運営がやっていくことは限られているように感じている
みんなで盛り上げている時の方が力が強いと感じている
運営としてはみんなが動きやすいように枠組みを整えていく

ゲームからおすすめしてみた

お城イベントに出展


現地では抽選会も行われる
金色の抽選機を導入し、当選したら「しあわせしおり」がもらえる
「しあわせしおり」はCNP Craftsで作ったもの。
愛知県の工場で作成している
今回は犬山城版を製作してもらい、景品にしている
お城EXPOの時は大きな力を使って挑戦したが、今回はある程度セーブしながら進めていきたいと感じている
自治体との繋がりを作っていきたいと考えている
自治体とはフルデジタルデ何かを進めていくのはまだまだ難しい
ある程度形になってきたらうまく回していくこともできてくる
それまでは我慢しながら進めていく
IPを広げていくだけの活動は王道だがかなり大変
デジタル城下町プロジェクトは非常に動かしやすい
タイアップキャラクターとしてCNPを使っている
CNPの実績としてちゃんと道を作りながら積み上げていきたい

As CNP, we are also working with Koka City as a hometown CNP.
The key point is that we have concluded a contract not as a CNP, but with Sakuya, a character in an anime.

I feel that the NFT project will be very difficult to bring it to that point.
How quickly can we get those who want to sell to leave and how can we get them to those who want to keep them? is very important
In the financier, there is a lock-up, so we can't transition immediately.
We want to do what we can to pass it on to the people who should have it.
CNP is one step closer.
But I feel there is only so much management can do
I feel that we are more powerful when we are all working together
As an operation, we will set up a framework to make it easier for everyone to move

A golden lottery machine is introduced and winners receive a "Happiness Bookmark
The "Happiness Bookmark" was made by CNP Crafts.
The bookmarks are made at a factory in Aichi Prefecture.
This time, they made a version for Inuyama Castle and gave it away as a prize.
At the time of the Castle Expo, we used a lot of power to take on the challenge, but this time, we feel that we would like to proceed with a certain degree of restraint.
We would like to make connections with local governments.
It is still difficult to proceed with something fully digital with the local government.
Once things take shape to a certain degree, we will be able to make things work.
Until then, we will proceed with patience.
Just expanding IP is a royal road, but it's very difficult.
The Digital Castle Town project is very easy to implement.
Using CNP as a tie-in character
We want to build up CNP's achievements while creating a proper path
