CNP なんかいい感じになってきた（10/19）

4,440点のうち1,300点が売れている。
来週あたりに保有者メリットをお伝えできそう。
まだ調整中。
スタンプだけで1,800円の価格は割高に感じているのかもしれない。
LINE NFT上ではファンクラブ会員証として考えてもらえればと考えている。
CNPというIPビジネスの参加
CryptoNinjaのIP活動の仲間権
CryptoNinjaに対して何かをしようとすると大変。
CNPというIPを切り出して進めることで結果としてCryptoNinjaの認知拡大にもつながっていく。
アニメを見てもCNPキャラクターが出ている。
トレジャースタンプからの認知から広げていきたい。
CNPとLINE・LINEスタンプ事業の3部門が手を組んで進めている事業。
LINEの力を借りて進めていきたい。

ぬりえ


蔦屋湘南店でのポップアップストア企画で使う。
カレンダーの図柄をベースに子供達中心にぬりえを当日してもらう。
先にぬりえの見本としてブース展示するための募集をしている。
CNPのキャラクターはコスプレカラーがすでにある。
そのため何色でも使ってもらっていい。
この時点で4件の応募があった。
今回はCNPホルダーのみの応募としている。

塗り方や色使いなど様々ある。
土日のイベントに合わせるため締め切りが明日20日いっぱいとなっている。

湘南蔦屋書店に提示用は20日の朝10時まで
ぬりえのお手本スレッドにて募集中。
歩いて貯まるのが基本となっているが、それだけではない獲得方法もあっていいと考えている。
運営がやって欲しいことをやってもらったお礼としてポイントを付与する流れを今回実験的にやっている。

市況

売り圧よりも買い圧が高まってきた状況になっている。
朝の段階
オーナー数：5419名
フロア：0.41ETH
リスト数：144体
現状
フロア：0.4568ETHまで回復→スペース中に0.5ETH回復
数日前まで0.4ETHに壁ができていた
壁を乗り越えて少しずつ上がっていった。
壁が薄いので1体売れるとフロア価格が上がっていく状況になっている。

需要の想像


CNPの場合は需要の想像をずっと行ってきた。
いつかは購入してプロジェクトに参加したいと思ってくれる人を地道に増やす取り組みをしていた。
様々な要因で今買えないという状況が続いていた。
Blur・Azuki・NFT引退などの外部要因から売り圧力が増えていた。
需要以上に売り圧力が強く結果的にフロア価格が0.4ETHまで落ち込んでいた。
ここ1週間で状況が反転してきた。
勢いがついてくると購入する流れも強くなってくる。
STARTコミュニティからはじまりAPP・TMAs・CNPJなどに波及していったがCNPは回復出足が遅かった。
毎日Road Showではフロア価格から逃げないようにしてきた。
CNPの楽しみ方を様々な角度から提案している。
その中にある「投資」という側面から楽しむ部分を提案しているため、毎日フロア価格と向き合っていた。
買ったNFTが人気になり価格にも反映されていくことも大事にしている。
昨年のバブル的な勢いは他の強力なプロジェクトローンチやAL配布などがあり盛り上がっていた部分も盛り込まれている。
半年間くらい暗い思いが続いていたがひとまず安心している。
グラフを見ると9/18が0.3654ETHまで落ちていたがそこから回復してきている。
プロジェクトを継続して進めているところはしっかりと買われている状況。

＜オーナー数減少＞

オーナー数は5407名まで減少
CNPが取り組んできた方向性の結果としてオーナー数は減ってきている。
いまのタイミングではCNPは買い増し施策を強く打ち出している。
NFT市場全体の取引人口を増やす施策はまだまだ難しい。
今のホルダーはCNP1体持ちが60％。
2体・3体と買い増ししてもらうように今のフェーズでは意識して取り組んでいる。
NFTを引退する人から既存ホルダーが買い支えてくれて今の流れができている。
NFTの空気がもう少し大きくなってくるとNFT市況全体の雰囲気も変わり新規ユーザーも増えてくると見ている。
このまま変わっていけば年末年始に向かっていい雰囲気になっていきそう。
ひとまず少しずつフロア価格が反転してきている状況。
CNPも粛々とプロジェクトを進めていく。

By cutting out the IP called CNP and moving forward with it, it will result in expanding the recognition of CryptoNinja.
The animation shows the CNP character.
We would like to expand from recognition from treasure stamps.
CNP, LINE, and the LINE Stamp business are working hand in hand in this project.
We would like to promote this project with the help of LINE.

Coloring

This will be used in a pop-up store project at the Tsutaya Shonan store.
We will have children coloring in based on the calendar's design.
We are looking for applicants to display their coloring samples at the booth.
CNP characters already have cosplay colors.
Therefore, they can use any color they want.
At this point, we have received four applications.
This time, only CNP holders are invited to apply.

There are various ways to paint and use colors.
The deadline is tomorrow, the 20th, in order to coincide with the events on Saturday and Sunday.

(For presentation at Shonan Tsutaya, the deadline is 10:00 a.m. on the morning of the 20th.
We are accepting applications in the coloring example thread.
The basic idea is to walk and save, but we think there should be other ways to earn.
We are experimenting with a flow in which points are given as a reward for doing what the management wants you to do.

Market Conditions


Buying pressure is increasing more than selling pressure.
As of the morning

Current status
Floor: recovered to 0.4568 ETH -> 0.5 ETH recovered during the space
There was a wall at 0.4 ETH until a few days ago.
It went up a little bit over the wall.
The wall is so thin that the floor price is going up when one unit is sold.
Number of listings: down to 103 units.

Demand Imagination

For CNP, we have been imagining demand for a long time.
We had been working steadily to increase the number of people who would be willing to buy and participate in the project someday.
Various factors made it impossible for them to buy now.
Selling pressure was increasing due to external factors such as Blur, Azuki, and NFT retirements.
Selling pressure was stronger than demand and as a result, the floor price had fallen to 0.4 ETH.
Over the past week, the situation has reversed.
As momentum builds, so does the buying trend.
It started with the START community and spread to APP, TMAs, and CNPJ, but CNP was slow to recover.
Every day at Road Show, we have tried not to run away from the floor price.
We have proposed various ways to enjoy CNP from different angles.
Since we were proposing the "investment" aspect of the enjoyment part of this, we had to face the floor price every day.
He also values the fact that the NFTs he buys become popular and are reflected in the prices.
The bubble-like momentum of the last year was also included in the part of the market that was thriving due to other strong project launches and AL distribution.
I am relieved to see that the gloomy mood that had been prevailing for the past six months is finally coming to an end.
The graph shows that on 9/18, the price had fallen to 0.3654 ETH, but it has been recovering from there.
The situation is such that the places that are continuing to advance their projects are being purchased.

The number of owners has decreased to 5407.
The number of owners is decreasing as a result of the direction CNP has taken.
At this time, CNP is strongly promoting measures to increase purchases.
It is still difficult to implement measures to increase the trading population of the entire NFT market.
Currently, 60% of holders have one CNP.
In the current phase, we are consciously working to increase the number of holders to two or three.
The current trend is being supported by existing holders who are buying from those who are retiring from the NFT.
As the atmosphere in the NFT market grows a little louder, we believe that the overall NFT market will change and new users will increase.
If things continue to change as they are now, the atmosphere will become more favorable toward the end of the year and the beginning of the new year.
The floor price is gradually reversing.
CNP will also continue to move forward with the project solemnly.
