CNP BoxさんがトレカのCCO就任（4/18）

トレカプロジェクトは別会社として立ち上げて進めていく
コミュニティとトレカプロジェクトが別々の方向性を見ていたら意味がない
方向性を合わせることも必要
CNPをきっかけとして事業ができてくる

CNPやコミュニティの強さに気がついてくれて集まってきてくれる
すべて運営でやっていくのは難しい
運営でだけでやっていくのは難しい
ライセンス管理やNFTプロジェクトを作っていくことにしていきたい
他の人がCNPを使ったプロジェクトを作っていくサポートをしていきたい
事業化されていく中でNinja DAOのメンバーが参画していく
事業が成功していけばキャリアアップにもつながっていく

認知度を高めていく
たくさんの人に届ける作業を今行っている
消費者に届けていくことは引き続きやっていく
ただブランドを作っていく作業は自前では限界がある

CNP BoxさんがトレカのCCO就任

CNPがスタートした役割募集した時から名前を書いてくれた初期メンバーのひとり
Webページを作る欄に名前を入力してくれていたが、Ninja DAOのWebページを作っていた
クオリティが抜きん出ており、公式サイトとして採用された経緯がある
個別に連絡するようになったのが猫のチャリティーをするタイミング
チャリティーページの作成も依頼させてもらったのが最初だった
CNPはリリース直後の5月に燃え尽きアテンションが他に移っている中、ずっとコミュニティの中に残ってくれていたのがBoxさん
CNPのプロジェクトにコミットしてかなりのリスクを背負っている
CNPプロジェクトの財務状況は非常に苦しい
まだ対価としてお返しできていない
ライセンシングジャパンなどの企画も旗振りしてくれた
トレカの新会社（モノリス）もαUのイベントでトレカを作ってくれた人が参画する
Boxさんの熱意に煽られて参加することになった
CNPの活動をコミットしながら、CNPが成長していく中で出てくるプロジェクトにうまく乗っていくのは非常にいい流れだと感じている
Ninja DAO・CNPのコミュニティとして良い出来事
CNPホルダーが次に生まれてくるCCOとしていろんなプロジェクトに参画し、Ninja DAOやCNPと繋いでいくと面白い
