CNP 音声配信を無休で2年続けるということ（6/20）

真贋証明が確認できる
NFTと絡めることで、世界で何枚あり所有者があるかがオープンになっている
NFTを体験している人ならわかるが、ポケモンカードだと世界に何枚あって誰が持っているのかが誰もわからない
価値が運営によって決められてしまう
新しい価値の提供ができそう
同じ発想として世の中の価値の裏付けができそう
CNPというIPプロジェクトとして、トレカプロジェクトに成功してほしい
トレカが成功することでCNP自体も盛り上がっていく
他のプレーヤー参加も増えていくといった好循環を生み出していきたい

市況に左右されないようなコレクションにしていきたい
NFT=ミームトークン？
そこの場所からCNPは外れている
ただ海外のNFT取引は売買が繰り返し行われている
Blurのマーケットプレイスにより、取引された回数に応じてトークンが配られている
その期間が月内で終わるため、売り抜けようとしている人がたくさんいる
買い控える動きから、フロアが下がってきている
海外の市況はその流れだが、CNPはそこから外れているためこれをチャンスにしていきたい
マーケットキャップ上で見るとCNPは30位前後にいた
ただ海外状況が悪くなってきているため、CNPのポジションが26位まで上昇してきている
CloneXなどはbotterの取引がずっと続いている
売るために買っているものが多く、どんどん値段が下がっている状況から抜け出せなくなっている
CNPは早急にBlurと決別してコントラクト移行した
海外のブルーチップと呼ばれるところに入り込んでいけると感じている
NFTという業界全体で見ていても意味がないと感じている
CNPの場合は発行数よりも大きな人が欲しい状況にしていくだけだと感じている
NFT自体は色々なプロジェクトが新しいNFTをどんどん発行できるため、相対的に薄まってしまう
そのため、NFTという業界全体ではなく、NFTという限定性・プロジェクトに呼び込む必要がある

2022年7月20日からスタートし、1年11ヶ月
なんで無休でやっているか？
当初は価値の裏付けがなかった
信頼できる要素がほとんどなかった
根拠の源泉を作れなかった
商売としては信用が源泉となっている
Web3の中でも同じだと考えている
その中でも信用を積み重ねて行かなければと感じていた
NFTの信頼性を担保する理由のひとつとして行動で示していこうと思った
無休でやると同じことをやっても追いつけない
毎日やることで絶対に追い越せない
他のプロジェクトが真似できない/追い越せないところを作っていた
今は他のプロジェクトとの差別化ができているため役割を終えていると感じている
ただ毎日のルーティンの中に入っているため、止めるにやめられない状況
仕事を終える前にスペースを行っている状況

ネタが尽きない理由

更新情報の話をしている
ゼロからイチの話を作っていないことが重要
この形のスタイルが決まると続けられる

効果について

意味がありそうな気がしている
Ninja DAOの中だけでは認知されるが、外には広がっていないと感じている
やっていたからこそ、外の人たちへリーチできていると感じている
プロジェクトとしてプラスに作用していると思っている

By tying it to the NFT, it is open to see how many copies there are in the world and who owns them
As anyone who has experienced NFT knows, with Pokémon cards, no one knows how many cards there are in the world and who owns them.
The value is determined by the management.
I think we can offer a new kind of value.
As the same idea, we can support the value in the world.
I want the trading project to succeed as an IP project called CNP
Successful trading will boost CNP itself
We would like to create a virtuous cycle of increased participation by other players.

We would like to make the collection independent of market conditions
NFT = meme token?
CNP is out of place there.
But overseas NFT transactions are being bought and sold repeatedly
Tokens are being given out based on the number of times they are traded by Blur's marketplace
That period ends within the month, so there are a lot of people trying to sell out.
The floor is coming down because of the buying and selling trend.
The overseas market is in that trend, but CNP is out of it, so I would like to take this as an opportunity.
CNP was around 30th on the market cap.
However, as overseas conditions have deteriorated, CNP's position has risen to 26th place.
CloneX and others have been trading botter all along.
Many are buying to sell and are stuck in a situation where prices are dropping rapidly
CNP quickly parted ways with Blur and moved to contract
They feel they can get into what they call the blue chips overseas
We feel that it makes no sense to look at the NFT industry as a whole
In the case of CNP, we feel that we are only going to create a situation where people want to be bigger than the number of issues
NFTs themselves are relatively diluted because various projects can issue more and more new NFTs
Therefore, we need to call in the limited nature and projects of NFTs, not the entire industry of NFTs

Why are we doing this 24/7?
There was no value backing in the beginning
We had few credible factors
We couldn't create a source of evidence
As a business, trust is a source of value
We believe the same is true within Web3
We felt that we had to build up credibility among them.
I thought I would demonstrate this through my actions as one of the reasons to ensure NFT's credibility.
If you do things without a break, you can never catch up by doing the same thing.
You can never catch up by doing it every day
We were creating a place where other projects can't imitate/overtake us
Now I feel I've done my part because I've differentiated myself from other projects
But it's part of my daily routine, so I can't stop doing it.
A situation where you are doing space before you finish work

Reason why I can't run out of stories
I'm talking about updates
It is important that you are not creating a story from scratch
Once I decide on this form of style, I can keep going

About the effect
I feel like it makes sense
I feel that we are recognized only within Ninja DAO, but not spread outside
I feel that because we have been doing it, we are reaching out to people outside of the project
I feel that the project is having a positive effect
