デジタル城下町


4/30に次のお城のリリースが出る
彦根城のNFT配布も4/30から配布となる
CNPホルダーは先行してフリーミントを行えるようになる
数は十分にあるので早い者勝ちにはならないと考えている
CNPフレンズでもやったように人の繋がりから作った方がいい
CNP持っている人たちがコミュニケーションをしていく場所を作ってそこから機能を継ぎ足していくのが好ましいと感じている
デジタル城下町では何がキラーコンテンツとなるか？悩んでいるところ
今はお城に行った記録を残していけるところがメインだがそれ以外にもアプリを使う理由が欲しい
デジタル城下町でもトークン発行していけばいいのではと感じてきている
ただ越えなければいけないハードルがあって難しい
Funclubでも同じようなサービスが展開できそうだが、デジタル城下町で進めていく方が良さそう

運営としてやることと、プロジェクトを進めることを分けて行いたい
みんなが活動することをサポートするのが運営の役割となる
Ninja DAOはかなり分散して活動し始めている
CNPについても何か良い使い方をしてもらって生まれてきてほしい
それを運営はサポートしていきたい
去年はそうした形にならなかった
IPとしての認知度や状況が整っていなかった
運営メンバーが疲弊しないように環境を整えていきたい

スタンドFM

VoicyやXのスペースとは異なる立ち位置にしている
みんなが喋りたくなるような質問を用意していきたい
質問自体を募集して良い質問にはトークンを配布してもいいかもしれない
まずはスタンドFMを理解するところから開始している
スタンドFMを始めてみるとVoicyに足りない機能が浮き彫りになってきた
スタンドFMに普通にあるがVoicyにはない機能がある
限定音声公開などがスタンドFMではできるがVoicyではできない
まずはやってみて検証していきたい

Digital Castle Town


The next castle release will come out on 4/30
NFT distribution of Hikone Castle will also be distributed from 4/30
CNP holders will be able to do free minting ahead of time
We have enough numbers, so we don't think it will be an early bird's choice.
It is better to make it from human connections as we did with the CNP Friends.
We feel that it is preferable to create a place where CNP holders can communicate with each other, and then add functions from there.
What will be the killer content in the digital castle town? I'm struggling with this.
Right now, the main feature is the ability to keep a record of visits to castles, but we would like to have other reasons to use the app.
I'm starting to feel that issuing tokens for digital castle towns would be a good idea.
But there are hurdles that need to be overcome.
Funclub could provide a similar service, but I think it would be better to proceed with Digital Castle Town.

We want to separate what we do as an operation from what we do as a project.
The role of the operation will be to support everyone's activities
Ninja DAO is starting to become quite decentralized and active
We hope that CNP will be used in some good way and be born.
We would like to support that.
This was not the case last year.
The recognition as an IP and the situation were not ready.
We would like to create an environment that does not exhaust the management members.

Stand FM


Different position from Voicy and X space
We want to prepare questions that make people want to talk
Maybe we can solicit questions themselves and distribute tokens for good questions
We are starting with understanding Stand FM
Starting with Stand FM has highlighted features that Voicy lacks
There are some features that are common in Stand FM but not in Voicy
There are some features that are common in Stand FM but not in Voicy.
I'd like to try it first and see how it works.
