CNP 3月のNINGDOM開催中（3/16）

CNP単独ではないが、Ninja DAOコミュニティとして展開している
コミュニティ内で何を展開しているか？
CNPとの繋がりを解説できる
外国語圏の方もNinja DAOに入ってきて何ができるのか？というのは引き続き課題があるが入ってくるのは非常にありがたい

FiNANCiE

CNPコミュニティが4/1の12時にオープンする
ALリストを使っていく予定
新しい人にはトークンを加えて楽しんでもらうような形になる
価格が上がるような動きをしないようにしたい
CNGでやってもらいたい
トークンとしての一定価値を持って落ち着いた動きをして欲しいと感じている
どういうトークンになるかはFiNANCiE側のOKが出ないと進めない
今のタイミングでは伝えられない
バーニンウォーズを軸にしたコミュニティ「バニウォパーク」としていく
FiNANCiEの方では具体的にプロジェクトを進めるコミュニティにしたい
CNPはNFTのプロジェクトとして果てしない夢を追いかけている
ファンからパートナー
パートナーとしてうまくいけば他のコミュニティにも応用できるようになる
バーニンウォーズ自体がうまくたくさんの人に遊んでもらえるようになると、バーニンウォーズ上で収益が上げられるようになる
お金を払ってたくさんの人が遊べる要素を作っていくためにFiNANCiEの力を借りていきたい
ゲームとトークンをうまく絡めて進めていきたい
トークンスケジュール的には5月ごろになりそう
機能開発を待ちながら、NFTプロジェクトで進めているところの課題を後発としてうまく乗り越えて進めていきたい
埋もれずに開発を進められるように進めたいと感じている

カジュアルゲームの設計にこれから外付けのカジュアルゲームをつけていくようにしていく
FiNANCiEをまず組み込む
本来はアプリ内に報酬要素がつくが、バニウォの外付けでFiNANCiEがつく
さらにRium上でもバニウォが遊べるように組み込んでいく
みんなで遊んでいけるようになる
キャラクターを育てていく
デッキを育てる
レイドバトルなどもできるようになればとも考えている
大乱闘バーニンウォーズ（CNP関連PJのキャラクターが参戦する）
Rium内で使えるようにしていきたい
新キャラを追加するためにゲームを攻略していく→Riumに持っていくといった流れができそう
最初にバニウォを作ったときに大きな費用をかけた
予算を決めてゲーム開発をスタートしてリリースまでこぎつけた
最初はもっと他にもアイディアがあった
カードデュエル的なものを想定していた
カードデュエル的なもので何か遊べる要素を加えて今のタワーディフェンス型になった
今のバニウォはシンプルだがたくさんの人にCNPキャラクターを知ってもらうためには非常にいいきっかけになっている
CNPは絵柄からスタートしているため裏付けとなるストーリーを追加してくれていると感じている
次の開発をしていくために進めていきたいが、市況が大きく変わってしまった
ゲーム開発にリソースを大きく突っ込めない状況になった
開発をしていく中でいろんな分かれ道があった
最終的にメタバース+カジュアルゲーム（メタカジュアル）
メタバース内にカジュアルゲームを持っていく
トークンインセンティブを絡めていくことでカジュアルゲームの寿命やさまざまなゲームを追加で記すようになる

What is developing within the community?
Can explain the connection to CNP
What can foreign speakers do when they come into Ninja DAO? This continues to be an issue, but it is very good to see them coming in.

FiNANCiE.


CNP community will open on 4/1 at 12pm
We will be using the AL list
New people will be encouraged to add tokens and have fun
We want to make sure we don't make any moves that will drive prices up
Would like to have it done in CNG
We feel that we want it to be a calm move with a certain value as a token
We can't proceed until FiNANCiE gives us the OK on what kind of token it will be.
We can't tell them at this time.
The community will be called "Baniwopark" with Burnin' Wars as its core.
FiNANCiE would like to make it a community where we can move forward with specific projects
CNP is chasing an endless dream as an NFT project
Fan to partner
If we do well as a partner, we can apply it to other communities
When Burnin' Wars itself is successfully played by many people, we can generate revenue on Burnin' Wars
We would like to enlist the help of FiNANCiE to create an element that many people can pay to play
We want to make sure that the game and tokens are well intertwined
Token schedule-wise, it will likely be around May.
While waiting for feature development, we would like to proceed by successfully overcoming the challenges of where we are going with the NFT project as a latecomer
We feel that we want to move forward so that we can proceed with development without being buried

We set a budget and started developing the game and got it to release

We envisioned a card duel type of game.
We added something playable in the card duel style, and it became the tower defense style we have now.
The current version of BaniWo is simple, but it's a great opportunity for a lot of people to get to know the CNP characters
I feel that CNP has added a story to back it up because it started with a picture
We would like to move forward to develop the next one, but market conditions have changed dramatically
We are no longer able to devote a large amount of resources to game development
We've had a lot of bumps in the road while developing the game.
Finally, we decided to create a metaverse + casual games (meta-casual)
Bring casual games into the metaverse
By involving token incentives, the longevity of casual games and various games will be additionally noted
