これからのCNP

ここからたくさんのスポンサーや関係者が使ってくれるプロジェクトがうまくいくようにサポートしていくフェーズに入ってきていると感じている
立ち上げの1〜2年でやってきたハイペースで進めてきたものを緩めていく
今はライセンスを使ってくれるプロジェクトのサポートにしていく
入ってくるライセンスフィーの一部をP2Eプログラムを活かしてホルダーに依頼していきたい
直近だとクレーンゲーム
ものが関税の審査を通している最中
7月下旬にお店に登場する予定で進んでいる

オーナー数：5412名
リスト数：176体
昨日はフロア付近にまとめてリストがあった
その上にもまとめてリストされる動きがあった
フロア価格が切り上がっていきそうな雰囲気だったが、その流れが止まってしまった

1,000件突破キャンペーンを開催している
7/1〜31までMashRoom Cafeでグッズを購入するとCNPトークンがもらえる

MashRoom Cafeを運営している部署の部長とも話ができた
ソニークリエイティブプロダクトのなかでは話題になっていた
他のIPではファンの人にファンアートを書いてもらう企画が難しいという話があった
まだ他のIPが理解できていない
ブランドイメージをコントロールすることが当たり前
CryptoNinjaはコントロールするのではなく、解放している
解放した結果色々なプロジェクトが生まれてきている
企業だと管理することが仕事
企業ができないところを攻めてポジションを獲得できればと思っている

CNP from now on


I feel that we are entering a phase from here to support the project to make it work with many sponsors and stakeholders who will use it.
We're loosening up on the fast pace we've been going at in the first year or two of starting up.
Now we are going to support the projects that use our licenses.
We would like to request a portion of the incoming license fees from the holders by taking advantage of the P2E program

The thing is in the process of going through customs review.
We are planning to have it in stores by the end of July.

I also got to talk to the head of the department that runs MashRoom Cafe
There was a lot of buzz amongst Sony Creative Products
There was talk about how difficult it is to get fans to write fan art for other IPs
Other IPs don't understand it yet
Controlling brand image is the norm
CryptoNinja is not controlling it, but liberating it
Various projects have been created as a result of releasing the brand image
When you are a company, your job is to manage.
We hope to gain a position by attacking where companies can't
