CNP 18:30からCNFについて聴く回（4/30）

デジタル城下町


岐阜県の苗木城が次仲間入りする
5/6から町民募集開始する
今日からは彦根城の募集をしている
CNPホルダー中心にポリゴン
昨日のお昼までホルダーだった人はフリーミントできる（ポリゴンチェーン）
有料版は誰でもゲットできる
CNPコラボバージョン（彦根城Ver.マカミ）
井伊家の赤い鎧を着て登場してくる
犬山の時は犬山の鎧を着ている
次の苗木城の時は苗木城の鎧を着て出てくる
ご当地マカミを出現させていく
お土産屋さんにも展開していこうと考えている
アクリルキーホルダーを作成して展開
犬山城からスタートしていく予定
CNPというキャラクター活動で初めていくと、IPとして使いたくなる期待値まで認知を上げていくのは時間がかかる
時間がかかるまでじっと待っているのはできないため、違うところから成果を作っていく
CNPを持っていない人はDOSIバージョンも作成している
彦根城のデジタル城下町NFTは全部で10,000発行される

専用サイトはどこ？

デジタル城下町のアプリ内で案内している
運営がお昼くらいにポストしているのでチェックしてみてほしい
犬山城だけでLINEアカウントが5,200人のお友達登録をしてくれている
これから彦根城も入っていくのでより拡大してきそう
かなりのペースで拡大していけそう
LINEアカウントで友達になってくれている人も夜に専用サイトの連絡がある

各自治体によって目的が異なる
彦根市の場合はコミュニティがほしいという目的だった
→理由：彦根市には目標がある
彦根城を世界遺産に登録したいという野望がある
自治体だけが旗振りしていてもうまくいかない
みんなの力で盛り上げていくときにデジタルのコミュニティが必要
彦根のデジタル町民に参加できれば、みんなで世界遺産に登録する関係人口に加われる
そこに対して参加して体験していける
自治体によってやりたい目的が全く異なるが、キーとなるのはコミュニティになっている
自治体の夢を叶えるプロジェクト=デジタル城下町
世界遺産登録に参加できるタイミングはなかなかない
彦根城への参加で一緒に体験できる
キャラクターIPではない形で取り組んでいける
犬山城NFTも有料版ならまだ獲得できる→Ninja DAOからミント可能
彦根城からポリゴンになっている
時間がかかるのでガス代を上げて対応してもらいたい

正式名称はCryptoNinja Festival
イケハヤさんが東京ジョイポリスを貸し切って遊ぶ企画
交流や頑張りを労うイベント
東京ジョイポリス
屋内にアトラクションがある施設で昨年も開催した
CNPオーナーであれば家族や友人を招待して遊べるイベントとなっている

1.アトラクションも無料で乗車できる

  • ジェットコースター系

  • シューティングゲーム

  • 謎解き

  • 進撃の巨人コーナー

  • ホラー系など

昨年も乗り放題だったが来場数的にはさほど待たない可能性がある
2.スタンプラリー
宝石と呼ばれているカードを集めるとビンゴカードがもらえる
（CNF企画）
ビンゴは17：15〜開催
アマギフやSwitchが当たる

宝石はどうやって集める？


アトラクションに乗ると集められるが、特定アトラクションに乗らないともらえない
特定のアトラクションには忍びキャストがいる
ディズニーのキャストに近い役割をCNPメンバーにお願いしている
その忍びキャストが宝石を持っている
忍びキャストはHP上で公開される（予定）

一人で参加する人も、交流できるチャンスがほしいと考え、忍びキャストを介して交流してほしい
コミュニケーションをとってつながりを作ってもらうために企画している
meet ミッキーのようなもので、忍びキャストに会いに行ってほしい
ステージもある
ステージは今回大きなものを用意していない
NOAのコンペの結果発表をステージで今回行う予定
登壇はあけじーとイケハヤさん
盛り上げ役としてneigraさんが参加する

Digital Castle Town

Since we cannot sit back and wait until it takes time, we will start from a different place to create results.

Different municipalities have different objectives
In Hikone City's case, the goal was to have a community

There is an ambition to register Hikone Castle as a World Heritage Site
It won't work if only the municipality is waving the flag
Digital community is needed when everyone is working together to make it happen
If we can join the digital community in Hikone, we can be part of the population to register Hikone as a World Heritage Site.
We can participate in the experience.
Each municipality has its own goals, but the key is the community.
A project that fulfills the dream of the municipality = a digital castle town
The timing to participate in the World Heritage registration is rare.
We can experience it together by participating in Hikone Castle
We can work on this project in a way that is not character IP
Inuyama Castle NFT can still be acquired with paid version -> mintable from Ninja DAO

How to collect gems?

You can collect them when you ride attractions, but you have to ride specific attractions to get them.

CNP members are asked to play a role similar to Disney cast members.
