CNP 2月はどんな月になる？（2/1）

コミュニティ体験


Ninja DAOがやっているコミュニティ形成は非常に最新。
ディスカッションしながらみんなで作り、たくさんの人に広げていく活動をみんなで行なっている。
コミュニティが広がり活性化することでプロジェクトの収益が拡大し、次の手を打っていけるという好循環につながっていく。
どこまで再現性があるのかを検証する必要はあるが、今後起こってくるトレンドの最前線にいるように感じている。
コミュニティが世の中にどんな価値を与えられるか？
救われる人も出てくる。
体験しておくことで今後活きてくると感じている。

昔の技術をそのまま延命させる方法と新しい技術を活かす方法があった。
結果的に新しい技術に飲み込まれた。
今のコミュニティ体験は今後の世の中に活かせると感じている。

毎月もらえる植物が変わる。

天候や時間経過も表現されるようにアップデートされている。
現実時間の1分が1時間になっている。

今月2月はカレンダーNFTを持っている人はエンペラータイムに入る。
1月上旬のポイント加算エラーが出ていた方はこの後対応する。
プロフィールを再設定する必要があり、していないとアプリ側でNFT情報が正しく認識されない。
忍術ボーナスが表示されない人はプロフィールアイコンを再設定してほしい（同じものでも問題ない）
2月にminiNINGAMとNINGDAMが開催される。
今週末にminiNINGAMを実施していきたい。

OpenSea


OpenSea取引がプロジェクトのビジネスモデルの足を引っ張る形になる。
二次流通のロイヤリティが実質上廃止となる。
取引所Blurに対抗した形で中途半端な形になっていった。
OpenSeaの優位性は使い慣れているところ。
ただしデメリットの方が大きい。
OpenSeaもBlur同様に取引所からブロックしていく。
MagicEdenをメインに移行していく。
ただしMagicEdenはまだETHチェーンに対応していない。
少しずつMagicEdenに慣れていく。
MagicEdenのウォレットを使っていく方がいいのか？
メタマスクがいいのか？も使ってみてから決めていきたい。
今のMagicEdenでCNPを検索すると変なコレクションも出てくるので注意が必要。
何ができるのか？もオープンしてからみていきたい。
新しいところに慣れていってほしい。
Amazonでは楽天では起こらない。
Web2サービスは顧客データベースを持っている。
Web3はブロックチェーン上で誰でも利用できる。
マーケットプレイスはそれを利用しているだけで脆弱。
Web2企業は進出の際にマーケットプレイスをやろうとしているがかなり難しい。
コンテンツであるコミュニティが非常に重要だと感じている。

2月はどんな月？


7月にあるライセンシングジャパンがターゲット。
準備をしながら12月に繋がりができた企業とも進めている。
商品化というよりはタイアップやコラボとして使っていく。
商品作って売れ残っても残念なため、コミュニティを拡大していくことを意識している。
Riumは3月に正式オープンとなり忍者屋敷も遊べるようになる。
SNSのショート動画も進めている。
たくさんの人を増やせるように進めている。
LINEのアカウントにもショート動画が掲載できる。
Check to earnプログラムも開始していきたい。
システムを動かす分にはできるがある程度規模を大きくして進めたい。
ただ報酬も少なくなってしまうためある程度の規模で動かしたいと考えている。

Community Experience

While it remains to be seen to what extent this can be replicated, I feel that we are at the forefront of a trend that is likely to occur in the future.
What value can the community add to the world?
Some people will be saved.
I feel that experiencing it will help us in the future.

There were ways to extend the life of old technology as it was and ways to make use of new technology.
As a result, the new technology swallowed up the old technology.
I feel that the current community experience can be utilized in the future.

We are also working on a short video for SNS.
