CNPで収益化できるC2E Program（11/15）

テーマをピンバッチにしている。
アートコレクションだとひとつのアートに対して評価していく形になる。
ピンバッチはすでに市場がある。
✅すでにあるマーケットにデジタルで集めることを提案している。
✅ピンバッチというひとつの統一されたコレクションに納まる。
切手収集のようなフォーマットを提案している。
デジタルコレクティブルのプラットフォームにも普及していきそう。
様々なIPを自分たちのプラットフォームに引き寄せていく。
価値の担保
需要と供給のバランスには収めなそう。
実物のピンバッチと交換もできそうな雰囲気がしている。
元々ファン層がいるところにデジタル上の提案をしていくのがデジタル城下町構想。
実物のもの（ピンバッチ）を集める市場があるところへデジタル上で参入する。

LINE NFT


LINEからDOSIに移行する。
LINEは国内向けとして活動していた。
海外はDOSIで展開していた。
少しずつ統合していたところ、今回大きく変更された。
LINE NFTで展開していたCNP ToysやVillainsは残る。
ただ名称が変わる可能性がある。
CNP ToysやVillainsは国内の人たち向けのサービスだったが、海外の人も売買できるようになる。
仮想通貨やクレジットカード決済もできるようになるかもしれない。
CNPの場合はLINE NFTをエントリー用として利用してきた。
Web3寄りになってきてほしくはないと感じている。
できそうなことが増えていきそう。

CtoEプログラム

＜ホルダー目線＞
CNPを持っていると収益化ができる方法が追加される。
ただし証券ではないため配当はもらえない。
業務をこなして対価を得るクラウドソーシングの延長になる。
CtoEプログラムの場合は仕事が決まっている。
CNPを使いたい企業案件のガイドラインやクリエイティブなどチェックする仕事になっている。
チェック業務をした対価としてETHが得られる。
テストネットが公開されている。
最初は登録する必要がある。
監修業務をするお仕事が表示される。
商品チェックなどをしていくことで参加者で報酬を按分するような形になる。
パジーペンギンは個々のぬいぐるみの収益を個人が得ている。
1体ずつのペンギンはNFTホルダーが商品化する権利を持っているところからスタートしている。
ペンギンのぬいぐるみを作る人を募る
応募者から運営を契約を結日、ぬいぐるみが売れた利益の一部を配布する。
NFTを売ったことがオーナーに絵柄まで渡している形になっており、日本の法律では難しい。
CNPは保有していて収益化できる形はホルダーがいろいろな活動を通じて貢献してくれている。
金銭的なメリットを得られるようにしたいと模索していた。
paji氏が業務チェックで報酬ということを呟いていたところから今回のプログラムに行き着いた。
弁護士・税理士と話を詰めていきながら金融庁と話を進めていき、問題ないことを確認している。
監修業務・チェック業務をやることで対価をもらうことをシステム的にやっていく。
対価はETHでもらえる。

＜運営視点＞
CNPは運営体制を最少規模で運営している。
監修業務までは大変で手が回らない。
思ったクオリティまで上がってこないこともあった。
ホルダーが担うことで新しいIPのあり方となる。

ライセンス業務を行うにあたり足りないパーツをホルダーが補う形になる。
CNPを使ってくれるところの案件に加え、仕事をとってくる営業もある。
営業に対する報酬も用意しているところ。
窓口となってくれた人にも発生し、続いていけばさらに収益も入っていく。
できれば最終的には自動化したい。
案件獲得した人が入力してスタートし、チェック業務完結まで動いて欲しいと考えている。
今はまだ手動作業が入るがいつか自動化までしたいと考えている。

We are proposing a format similar to stamp collecting.
It is likely to spread to digital collectible platforms.
They will attract various IPs to their platform.
Security of value
It is not likely to fit in the balance between supply and demand.
It is also likely to be able to exchange for actual pins.
The digital castle town concept is to offer a digital proposal to a place that originally has a fan base.
The digital market is entering a market where there is a market for collecting real things (pin badges).

LINE NFT

LINE is moving to DOSI.
LINE was active for the domestic market.
DOSI was developing overseas.
The integration had been gradual, and now a major change has been made.
CNP Toys and Villains, which were developed under LINE NFT, will remain.
However, there is a possibility that the names may change.
CNP Toys and Villains were services for people in Japan, but now overseas users will be able to buy and sell as well.
Virtual currency and credit card payments may also become available.
In the case of CNP, LINE NFT has been used for entry.
We feel that we do not want it to become more web3 oriented.
It looks like there will be more things that could be done.

C to E program


<From the holder's point of view>
Holding CNP adds a way to monetize it.
However, since they are not securities, they do not receive dividends.
It is an extension of crowdsourcing, where you get paid for performing a task.
In the case of the C to E program, the work is fixed.
The job is to check the guidelines, creativity, and other aspects of a company's project that wants to use CNP.
ETH is earned in exchange for the checking work.
The testnet is open to the public.
You need to register at first.
The jobs to do the supervision work will be displayed.
The reward will be divided proportionally among the participants by checking products, etc.
Pudgy penguins get individual revenue from individual stuffed animals.
Each individual penguin starts with the NFT holder having the right to merchandise the penguin.
People are invited to make stuffed penguins.
The applicant signs a contract to operate the program and distributes a portion of the profits from the sale of the plush toys.
Selling the NFT is a form of giving even the picture to the owner, which is difficult under Japanese law.
CNP has a form that can be held and monetized by the holder, who contributes through various activities.
We were seeking to make it possible to obtain financial benefits.
We came up with this program from Mr. Paji's muttering about compensation in his business checks.

<Operational Perspective>
CNP operates on a minimal scale.
It is too much work to handle the supervision work.
There were times when the quality did not reach the expected level.
The holder's role will create a new way of IP.

Holders will be able to fill in the missing parts in the licensing process.
In addition to projects from companies that use CNP, there are also salespeople who take on work.
We are also preparing compensation for the sales staff.
The person who serves as the contact person will also receive a commission, and if it continues, more revenue will come in.
If possible, we would like to eventually automate the process.
We would like the person who acquires a case to input the information to start the process and work up to the completion of the checking process.
Right now, there is still manual work involved, but we would like to automate it someday.
