CNP 今日は雑談回（9/25）

前節

サードプラネットと何かできないか打ち合わせをしている
個数を10倍にできれば売り上げ規模も10倍になっていく
そのためにIPを事業として拡大していく必要がある
事業としてとらえず、仲間集めとして楽しめる土俵を作っていきたい
NFTを事業として考えてしまわないようにしている
IPの価値の源泉をしっかりと作っていきたい
NFTはそこにいきなり持っていくのは困難である
プラットフォームによっていかなければできなかったIP事業が、持っていないものでも戦える可能性があることがNFTの仕組みの良いところ。
NFTを使ってコミュニティ形成をしていきながら仲間を集める
その過程でロイヤリティを獲得し、活動資金を獲得している
チャンスはゼロではない
サードプラネットは最初に話をした時は2023年6月〜7月になる
1年近く経過し、展開の早さに驚かれている
2023年はNFTのIPとしてだったが、今は全然違うものになっている
1年経ったらどこまで進んでいるかわからない
契約個数も増やしていけるかもしれない
認知や流行も作っていけるかもしれない
どこかでブレイクアウトできるかもしれない
受託の仕事とは全く違う魅力がある
導入に魅力を感じてもらい、その価値を落とさないようにするのが今までの受諾の仕事
プロトタイプを作り、広告などを作って拡大していく流れだった
IPはどうなるかわからない
うまく展開できた先の景色をみんなで見てみたい

We're meeting with Third Planet to see what we can do.
If we can increase the number of units by 10 times, the scale of sales will also increase by 10 times.
We need to expand the IP as a business to achieve this.
We don't want to think of it as a business, but rather as a place where we can gather together and have fun.
We are trying not to think of NFT as a business.
We want to firmly create a source of value for IP.
NFT is difficult to bring to that point suddenly.
The good thing about the NFT mechanism is that IP business, which could not be done without using a platform, may be fought for by those who do not have one.
Use NFT to form a community and gather friends.
In the process, we are earning royalties and funding our activities
There are no zero chances.
Third Planet would be June-July 2023 when we first talked to them.
Almost a year has passed and we are amazed at how quickly it is unfolding
In 2023 it was as an NFT IP, now it's something completely different
We don't know how far along we'll be after a year
We might be able to increase the number of contracts.
We might be able to create awareness and trends
We might be able to break out somewhere
It has a totally different appeal than contract work
The work of acceptance until now has been to make the introduction appealing and to keep the value of the product intact
The process was to create a prototype, create ads, etc., and then expand
We don't know what will happen with IP.
We all want to see the view of what happens when it is successfully deployed
