CNP ライセンシングジャパンに出展します（10/25）

今回のエンドカードがリーリー。
Tverなどの無料放送があるので見て欲しい。

0.4ETHから価格が上がっていった段階でリストが減っていった。
売り抜けようとしていた人もすべてを売り抜けていない状況。

人気がある個体によっては1ETH付近で取引もされている状況。

トレジャースタンプ


1414点が販売済。
CNPは22,222体という限定数がある。
トレジャースタンプは限定性を強く打ち出すようなタイプではない。
NFT持っているとものに向き合う消費ができるようにしていきたい。
限定数を打ち出して売買するパターンもあっていい。
ただ本当に欲しいと思ってもらう人に売りたいとずっと考えている。
CNPの場合は2つ
✅忍者屋敷
✅トレジャースタンプ
値上がり期待よりも商品としてみて欲しいと思ってくれる人が手に取って欲しい。
なかなか難しい状況ではあるが、ペースダウンしてほしいとも思っている。
ALがあったら、ミントがあるからなどでプロジェクトに入るのではないようにしたい。
トレジャースタンプを持っている人には
✅ディスコードと接続する
✅CNPフレンズと接続する
AL付与や専用チャンネルもできる可能性がある。
イーサリアムが使えない人も一定数いる。
いろんな方にCNPを楽しんでもらうためのひとつとしてトレジャースタンプを持って欲しいと考えている。
トレジャースタンプを持っていることでルナのスタンプを使えることに加え、
バーニンウォーズNFTのエアードロップ（1枚/2枚以上）も行われる。
→NFTを持っていることでゲームの中で楽しく進めやすくなるようになる。
NFTは魔法の鍵ようなもので様々なプラットフォームに使っていける。
CNP自体は高くて買えない人でもトレジャースタンプであれば購入しやすい。
10月いっぱい販売しているのでぜひ購入してほしい。

コラボ


着せ替えができるコンセプトNFT。
素体を購入し、衣装を購入してサイト上で着せ替えができるNFT。
様々なNFTプロジェクトとコラボしていて今回CNPも声をかけてもらった。
CNPが衣装になって出てきてslothが着飾れる。
slothは数量限定・短期で売買されるようなNFTにならないようにしている。
slothは様々なプロジェクトとコラボしながら少しずつ購入してもらう形をとっているため短期売買を目的としていない。
CNPは新しいことを他のプロジェクトに先駆けてやっているため、
他のプロジェクトがコラボしているところは通常コラボしない。
今回のslothに関しては毛色が異なることもあり進めている。
どのキャラクターや形になっていくのか楽しみにしている。

ライセンシングジャパン


昨年は4.5万人を導入している複合イベント。
CNPはライセンスに関する展示会に出展する。
キャラクターやブランドの売り込みにあっている展示。
ライセンスを買って自分たちの商品に使っていく人が来場する。
✅プロモーション活動に使えるキャラクターはないか
✅グッズに使えるキャラクターはないか

IPビジネスの中にあるライセンスを販売して収益化していくビジネスモデルにCNPはなっていく。
現在でも少し進めているがまだ整備しきれていない。
ファンアートとの形やCryptoNinjaとの関係性・形も含めて考えていきたい。
クリプトニンジャ咲耶の使い方も見ながらライセンスにCNPもチャレンジしていく。
CNPはWeb3時代のIPを作るCryptoNinjaをサポートする。

IP（知的財産権）を作るには2パターンある。
✅自分たちで商品化して展開していく
✅他の人に使ってもらって商品化してもらう
今回は使ってもらえる人たちを作っていくイベント。
CNP運営自らがIPビジネスを展開して収益化事業をやってしまうとファンアートとぶつかって潰してしまう。
そのためCNPはいろんな企業がCNPというIPを使う状況を作っていく。
商品販売のプロモーションにCNPを使ってもらえればCNPを知ってくれる人が増える。
CNPを目にする機会が増えていく。
そうしたCNPを目にする機会を提供できればと考えている。
CryptoNinjaはたくさんの人がアニメをみて知ってくれる状況になっている。
CNPの運営が単独でIPビジネスを展開していくには限界がある。
キャラクターを作って認知してもらうには多大なコストと時間を消費する。
今のフェズはキャラクターを採用してくれる企業を増やしていくのが最適だと考えている。
ライセンシングジャパンを通じてCNPキャラクターの露出を増やしていく。
現地稼働となる人が必要。
早速何名か手伝える人も手をあげてくれているが改めてどこかのタイミングで募集したい。
ライセンシングジャパンは12/6〜8に渡って開催される。
入ってすぐのブースにCNPは出展する。
CNPの目立つ袋を用意して配布していく。
興味を示してくれた人はブースに案内する。
CNP Craftsも今回のイベントに標準を合わせて作っている。
その他にも紹介できるものが増えてきている。
現地では商談もできるように進めている。
CNPのプロジェクトの方向性としてライセンスを提供していく組立をしっかりと行なっていく。
今まではライセンスを提供できるようにするために頑張ってきていた。
価値があるのかどうかといったWeb3の実績作りやコミュニティが存在するIP作りに励んでいた。

Collaboration

A concept NFT that allows you to change your clothes.
NFT allows you to purchase a body, purchase a costume, and change it on the site.
CNP has collaborated with various NFT projects, and this time CNP was asked to be a part of it.
CNP comes out as a costume and sloth can be dressed up.
sloth is trying not to be an NFT that is sold in limited quantities or for a short period of time.
The sloth is not intended to be bought and sold for a short period of time, as it is purchased in small amounts while collaborating with various projects.
CNP is doing new things ahead of other projects,
CNP does not usually collaborate with other projects where other projects are collaborating.
We are moving forward with this sloth project because it has a different flavor.
We are looking forward to seeing the character and shape of the project.

Licensing Japan

This is a complex event that attracted 45,000 visitors last year.
CNP will be exhibiting at the exhibition on licensing.
The exhibition is for selling characters and brands.
People who buy licenses and use them for their own products will visit the exhibition.
✅Are there any characters that can be used for promotional activities?
✅Are there any characters that can be used for goods?

CNP will become a business model to monetize by selling licenses in the IP business.
We are still working on this, but it is not fully developed yet.
We would like to think about the form of fan art and the relationship and form with CryptoNinja.
CNP will also take on the challenge of licensing while also looking at the usage of Sakuya CryptoNinja.
CNP will support CryptoNinja in creating IP for the Web3 era.

There are two patterns for creating IP (Intellectual Property Rights).
✅We will commercialize and deploy it ourselves.
✅Get other people to use it and commercialize it.
In this event, we will create people who can use the product.
If the CNP management itself develops an IP business and conducts a monetization business, it will clash with fan art and destroy it.
Therefore, CNP will create a situation where various companies will use CNP IP.
If CNP is used for product promotion, the number of people who know about CNP will increase.
The number of opportunities to see CNP will increase.
We hope to provide such opportunities for people to see CNP.
Many people have become aware of CryptoNinja through watching the anime.
There is a limit to what CNP management can do on its own to develop the IP business.
It consumes a great deal of cost and time to create characters and have them recognized.
Fez now believes that the best way to do this is to increase the number of companies that adopt the characters.
We will increase the exposure of the CNP character through Licensing Japan.
We need people to operate locally.
We have a few people who have already raised their hands to help us, but we would like to recruit again at some point in the future.
Licensing Japan will be held from December 6 to 8.
CNP will be exhibiting at a booth just inside the entrance.
We will have a conspicuous CNP bag to hand out.
Those who express interest will be directed to the booth.
CNP Crafts is also being made to standard for this event.
Other items that can be introduced are increasing.
We are also working to have business meetings at the site.
The direction of the CNP project is to firmly establish an assembly to provide licenses.
Until now, we have been working hard to provide licenses.
