CNPとロイヤリティ問題（8/18）

何キャラ保有しているかでブーストされる量が変化する。
CNPを持っていなくてもCNPフレンズが今後使えるように改修して行く。
4.（〜近日中）忍者屋敷バーン開始。9月になりそう。
赤色巻物をバーンすると忍者屋敷がもらえる。
忍者屋敷は1200枚のNFTと交換できる。
ERC6551の新しい機能を楽しんでほしい。
ウォレット機能があり、NFTの中にNFTを組み込める。
忍者屋敷があると、手裏剣ゲームができる部屋に入れる。
忍者屋敷内ではボイスチャットもできる。

CNPのロイヤリティ

OpenSeaが指定したコードでNFTをデプロイする人たちはロイヤリティ設定が現在できている。
ただOpenSeaの指定したコードがうまく活用されていなかった。
OpenSea上で優先的に使えるような設定が回避されていた。
OpenSea上で今月デプロイするNFTはこの指定コードを入れられる。
OpenSea上で来月以降にデプロイするとこのコードが入れられずにロイヤリティが徴収できない。
さらに来年の2月末まではロイヤリティ徴収できるが、それ以降はロイヤリティ徴収できなくなる。
NFTを売る側がロイヤリティ設定する方法になる。
売る側が権限を持つと、普通に考えてロイヤリティ設定しない。
実質ロイヤリティ収入が入らないようになってしまう。
マジックエデンはおそらくロイヤリティは守る予定。

CNPの場合は単独プロジェクトで見れば問題ないと考えている。
元々今年の5月くらいにはロイヤリティがなくなっても大丈夫なように設計して進めていた。
そのためある程度想定内。
問題なのは業界全体。
元々NFTアートからNFT業界は盛り上がっている。
NFTを資金調達として利用したやり方が成り立っていた。
1ETHをいきなり売って回収するのではなく、格安からリストして少しずつ回収し、関係人口を増やして売買を増やして行く流れができていた。
今後ロイヤリティが徴収できない仕組みとなり、一次販売で資金回収できず、二次流通でも回収できない流れになってしまうとNFTを使う意味がなくなる。
NFTを単なる会員バッチのようにして持ってもらう価値観もある。
その考えだと経済性が全くなくなってしまう。
ロイヤリティがなくなってしまうと価値を伴うプロジェクトを盛り上げていく必要がなくなってきてしまう。
運営がフロア価格を維持していく合理性がなくなる。
取引量を増やして行く施策も効果がなくなる。
何かプロジェクトを始めるときにNFTを使う選択肢がなくなってしまう。
今のOpenSea・BlurがやっていることはプロジェクトとしてNFTをやっていく必要がなくなってしまう。
施工までの今後半年でどうギャップを埋めて行くのか？

既にビリーバー用とトレーダー用のマーケットプレイスが異なっている。
今後はよりビリーバー用のトレードを兼ねるマーケットプレイス設計が求められていく。
ロイヤリティ金額だけを求めるのであればマジックエデンに逃げるだけ。
マジックエデンを使う理由が欲しくなる。
今までは一つのNFTを各目マーケットプレイスで均等に使う流れだった。
今後は違う使い方・NFTの意味が作られている。
CNPとしての意味を考える必要がある。
✅マーケットプレイスに左右されないオンチェーンにするか？
✅日本のNFTプロジェクトとして使うマーケットプレイスができるのか？
ロイヤリティの説明を画商の話をしていた。
画商から1万円で買った作品を1億円で転売しても画商には1円も入らない。
でもNFTなら一部売り上げが入り報われるという内容でロイヤリティを説明していた。
今回の話と、手数料値下げ合戦と混ぜないようにした方が良さそう。
今回の話を受けて画商が報われる世界をより洗練されたところでやっていきたいと考えるようになった。
構造自体の変化をさせていく、社会的意義があるという視点を持つようになった。
もう少しこのNFTプロジェクトとして成り立つようなモデルケースを作りたい。

The Ninja House can be exchanged for 1200 NFTs.

There is a wallet function and you can incorporate NFTs into the NFTs.
With the Ninja house, you can enter a room where you can play Shuriken game.
You can also do voice chat inside the ninja house.

CNP Royalties

Royalties are currently available for those who deploy NFT with the code specified by OpenSea.
However, the OpenSea specified code was not being utilized properly.
The priority settings for use on OpenSea were being bypassed.
The NFT deployed on OpenSea this month can include this code.
NFTs deploying on OpenSea next month or later will not be able to include this code and will not be able to collect royalties.
In addition, royalties can be collected until the end of February next year, but not after that.
The seller of the NFT will be the one to set the royalty.
If the seller has the authority, he/she will not set the royalty in the usual way.
In effect, there would be no royalty income.
Magic Eden probably plans to keep royalties.

In the case of CNP, we believe that if you look at it as a stand-alone project, there is no problem.
Originally, we had designed and proceeded with the project so that it would be okay even if royalties were lost around May of this year.
Therefore, it is within our expectations to some extent.
The problem is the industry as a whole.
The NFT industry is thriving because of the NFT art originally.
The way NFT was used as fundraising was established.
Instead of selling 1 ETH suddenly and collecting it, a flow was established to list from a low price, collect it little by little, increase the related population, and increase sales and purchases.
If the system becomes one in which royalties cannot be collected in the future, and if funds cannot be recovered through primary sales, nor through secondary distribution, there will be no point in using NFT.
There is also the value of having NFTs as just a membership batch.
With that idea, the economics are completely lost.
If royalties disappear, there will be no need to promote a project that involves value.
There would be no rationale for the operation to maintain a floor price.
Measures to increase transaction volume will no longer be effective.
There will be no option to use the NFT when starting a project.
It will no longer be necessary to do what OpenSea/Blur is doing now, which is to do NFT as a project.
How are we going to fill the gap in the next 6 months before construction?

There are already different marketplaces for believers and traders.
In the future, it will be necessary to design a marketplace that is more like a trade for believers.
If you only want the royalty amount, you will just run away to Magic Eden.
You will want a reason to use Magic Eden.
Until now, a single NFT has been used equally in each marketplace.
From now on, a different usage and meaning of NFT is being created.
We need to think about what it means as a CNP.
✅Will it be an on-chain that is not dependent on the marketplace?
✅Can we have a marketplace to use as a NFT project in Japan?
He was talking about art dealers to explain the royalty.
If an art dealer buys a work for 10,000 yen and resells it for 100 million yen, the art dealer does not receive a single yen.
However, with NFT, he explained the royalty as a reward for a portion of the sales.
It would be better not to mix this story with the battle for lower commissions.
This talk has made me think that I would like to work in a more sophisticated world where art dealers are rewarded.
I have come to have a viewpoint that the structure itself should be changed and that it has social significance.
I would like to create a model case that would be more viable as this NFT project.
