CNP トレジャースタンプ振り返り（5/22）

市況

海外のブルーチップ大口ホルダーがNFTを大量売り。
Doodlesなどを大量売りしている人が出てきた。
DoodlesはIP作りのプロジェクト。
CNPと同じような立ち位置で参考にしている部分がある。
投資的な捉え方としてみている方からすると、今は整理対象になっている。
今は辛抱の時だと考えている。
投資対象からIPを育てるものへと進めていきたい。
オーナー数：5491名
1月あたりで5200名だった。
運営保有分を新たに販売することは一切していない。
マーケットの流れで分散化が進んでいる。
フロア：0.8597ETH
新規取引が8件。
コレクションオファーでの成約が5件。
今日はCNP大量保有者が一気に手放した状況が発生。
ハッキングに近いような動きをしているので少し心配している。
フロアプライスは厳しい状況。
ただ一部の偏った大口ホルダーから新たなホルダーへ行き渡っている状況なので耐えどきだと感じている。
市況が変われば状況も変わっていくのでそれに向けて準備を進めていく。

バー忍スケジュール変更

形代ミント期間が5/28までに延長。
バー忍スケジュールも5/24〜6／2に変更。
リビール日を6/3の12時にそれぞれ変更している。
現在1770枚ミントされている。
形代をバーンし始めると流れが変わって価格も変化していくと考えている。

今回のバー忍でトークンIDは変わる？
今までは新しいNFTになっていたので完全に変わっていた。
今回からはトークンIDはそのままで、メタデータ（画像・レベル）が変化する。

LINEのNFTを持っていると特別なNFTが入手できる。
NFTが分かる人には「特別なNFT」という伝え方で伝わる。
NFTに触れていない人には、「特別なスタンプ」という伝え方がいい。
今まではLINEからスタンプの利用料を払っているようなものだった。
今回のスタンプはもっと使い手側に権利が渡ったものになる。
スタンプが使える権利をそのまま売ることもあげることも収集していくこともできる。
今日と来週で4,440枚が販売され、同じ40種類のスタンプが使える。
カードの絵柄は今日1〜20番が、21〜40番来週出てくる。
CNPToysやVillainsと比べて倍近い数量の発売だったので心配していた。
ただ、結果として10分程度で完売できた。

販売途中で複数点同時購入するやり方がdiscordで共有された。
複数点同時に購入するにはブラウザー画面を複数ページ開いて、
それぞれのページで購入すると購入できた。
4,440点で、ホルダー数が3163名。
一部の方が複数点購入されている。
買い集めている動きが見られ、現在は3,085名になっている。
家族や親戚に渡し、その次の方へスタンプとして広めていきたい。
トレジャースタンプの二次流通手数料がLINKと現金で異なる。

  • LINKだと20％の手数料が発生する。

  • 現金だと30％の手数料が発生する。

裏側にNFTがあることで、新しい体験ができるという伝え方でいいと感じている。
「NFTのユースケース」という議論が進んでいる。
その中で「アート」や「PFP」はまだNFTに触れていない人にも伝わる。
今回のスタンプは伝えやすくわかりやすいユースケースだと感じている。
スタンプ自体に関心を持ってもらう必要があるが、NFTに触れてもらえるいい機会になっている。

【音楽の例え話】
今まで好きな楽曲を伝えたいのに、一生懸命「CD」の話をしていたような気がしてきた。
本当は音楽を伝えるべきことなのだが、伝えるツールとなるCDの話をずっとしていたような気がする。

NFTが存在することでできること。
今回のスタンプを使うためにNFTがあると伝えられる。
今までNFT自体が目的になっていたと感じている。
あくまでCNPは「Web3時代のIPを作る」ための一つの方法として
NFTを活用している。

トレジャースタンプの今後の可能性。
スタンプto mint
CNPの公式LINEにマカミが入っている。
6月になってからトレジャースタンプを押すと、特別な反応をしてくれる。
トレジャースタンプが特別な反応をしてくれる鍵となっている。
マカミの背景違いのフリーミントURLの案内がされる。
6月に今回のスタンプをCNP公式LINEへ押すことで、
優先的にフリーミントURLが案内される。
スタンプは今回のでも29日に発売されるスタンプでもどちらでもOK。
今回の特別な反応は特別なフリーミント会場の案内URLを返答するだけ。
仕掛けとして限定コンテンツの案内なども簡単に実現できる。
色々な可能性を探っていきたい。
今はCNPフレンズとLINEをうまく繋げていきたいと考えている。
様々なハードルがありすぐには条件クリアが難しい。
なるべく早い形で実現したいと考えている。
今はCNP保持者のみがCNPフレンズを使える。
CNPホルダーと全く同じ条件にはしない。
LINEホルダーにはCNPフレンズを体験できるような企画にしていく。

トレジャースタンプ保有者には体験できるように進めていきたい。
LINEと協力を得ながら開発を進めていき、「CNPを持っててよかった」を実現させていきたい。

The situation will change as market conditions change, so we will continue to prepare for that.

Change of BarNin' Schedule


The Katashiro Mint period has been extended to 5/28.
The BarNin' schedule has also been changed to 5/24-6/2.
The rebill date has been changed to 6/3 at 12:00 pm.
Currently 1770 pieces are minted.
We believe that as we begin to burn katashiro, the flow will change and prices will also change.

Will the token ID change with this BarNin'?
Up until now it was completely changed as it was a new NFT.
From this time on, the token ID will remain the same, but the metadata (image and level) will change.

Treasure Stamp.

If you have an NFT on line, you can get a special NFT.
To those who know NFTs, it is conveyed in the form of "special NFTs".
For those who have not been exposed to NFTs, the better way to convey the message is "special stamps".
Until now, it has been like paying a fee for the use of stamps from LINE.
This time, the rights to use the stamps will be handed over to the user.
The rights to use the stamps can be sold, given away, or collected as is.
The same 40 stamps will be available for the 4,440 cards sold today and next week.
Cards numbered 1-20 will be available today and 21-40 next week.
I was concerned because the quantity was almost double that of CNPToys and Villains.
However, as it turned out, we were able to sell out in about 10 minutes.

During the sale, a method to purchase multiple items at the same time was shared on the discord.
To purchase multiple items at the same time, open multiple pages of the browser screen,
The total number of items was 4,440.
There were 4,440 items and 3,163 holders.
Some people purchased more than one item.
There has been a movement of buying and collecting, and the number of holders is now 3,085.
We would like to pass them on to family members and relatives and then spread the stamp to the next person.
Secondary distribution fees for treasure stamps differ between LINK and cash.

With LINK, there is a 20% fee.

With cash, there is a 30% fee.

We feel that having NFT on the back side is a good way to communicate that a new experience is possible.

We feel that this stamp is a use case that is easy to communicate and understand.

Makami is in the official line of CNP.
If you press the Treasure Stamp in June, you will get a special response.
The treasure stamp is the key to the special reaction.
You will be guided to the Freemint URL for different backgrounds of Makami.
By pressing this stamp on the official CNP line in June,
You will be given priority to receive the Freemint URL.
You can use either this stamp or the one that will be released on the 29th.
