CNP 忍者屋敷の進捗など（1/31）

市況

新規1件発生。
新しくCNPを購入してくれた人はぜひNinja DAOのオフィスジェネラティ部に入ってきて欲しい。
2023年は防御戦に近かった。
そこから見れば随分と変わってきたと感じている、
CNPは分散させていかなくてはならないのが課題。
手放す人から新しい人へ渡っていく過程で分散していってほしい。

TikTok


つい先ほどフォロワー数が3万人達成した。
すべてオーガニックで獲得していない。
一部広告を売っている。
プロジェクトとしてやっている以上、効率よく勝っていく必要がある。
ある程度のボリュームを獲得するまでは続けていく。
コンテンツ量やパターンを試しながら進めている。
非言語のコンテンツのいいところとして、国内に閉じなくていい。
グローバルに届けていける強みがある。
フォロワーが一定数増えていくまでは進めていきたい。
CryptoNinjaは商標を取っているので、CNPの商標をグローバルで取ろうと進めていた。
アメリカ・中国・欧州
商標公開して登録して物言いがつかなければ通る。
アメリカと中国は問題なさそう。
欧州は先に権利を所有している企業から声があがっている。
欧州では申請を取り消した状況がある。
国によって名称の使い分けが必要となりそう。
フォロワー数もそれなりに意味がある。
引き続き展開を進めていく。
TikTokはライブ配信も攻略していく必要がある。
buko氏がTikTokでやってみたらいいかと感じている。
またはCNP関連のゲーム実況でもいいのかもしれない。
ショート動画だけではないライブ配信があればとも感じている。
AIによるライブ配信も考えている。
日本語でロードショーみたいなものをやってもしょうがない。
できれば非言語のライブ配信をしていく必要がある。
やり方も含めて考えていきたい。

Blast


BlastはBlurの次の打ち手で独自のチェーン展開。
そのチェーンに出資をすると何かいいことがあるという話から出資が集まっている。
CNPとしてはホルダーコミュニティを重要視しているため、MagicEdenによっていく。
売買を繰り返す取引はBlurやBlastの方に流れそう。
市況が良くなっていくとNFT売買が増えていく。
手堅く進めていくことも大事だが、打ち手として幅広く手掛けておく必要もありそう。
Blastではバブルのような動き方を見せつつある。
プロジェクト本丸として参戦ではないが、全くチャレンジしないのも守りすぎており大きなチャンスをミスミス逃してしまうことになる。
新しいことは、考えて実際に取り組んで結果を生み出して後発に伝えていく必要があると考えている。

忍者屋敷進捗

Riumが3月1日に正式サービスオープン。
今まで遊んできたものからパワーアップした状態でローンチされる。
Riumはゲーム出身で日本人の感覚に合う操作方法を盛り込まれている。
日本初のメタバースを世界に伝えていく必要もあると感じている。
忍者屋敷も含めてすべて常時オープンされる。
今回のタイミングで遊べるゲームがひとつ増える。
クナイ投げゲームがもうひとつ増える。
またゲーム大会をしていきたい。
3月1日にオープンと同時に遊べる。
忍者屋敷を持っている人なら遊べる。
3日に第二回クナイ投げ大会を開催する予定。
ゲーム性が上がっている。
オープンしてからわずかな期間で攻略していくのを楽しんでいきたい。
前回優勝者のゆーき丸さんは運営としてもプレイヤーとしても参加してほしい。
ただし事前情報は誰にも渡さない。
スコアでゆーき丸さんを超えた人にも何かいいことを挙げたいと考えている。

青色巻物


本来の計画では青色の巻物を持っている人が遊べる予定だった。
ただ今回は忍者屋敷を持っている人なら誰でも遊べるようにする。
巻物は必要だが、イーサリアムチェーンでやる必要があるのか？再度検討している。
レイヤー2を含めてイーサリアムに置いておく必要もあるのか検討していく。
巻物や形代など消費する使い道のものにガス代を払っていく必要はないのではとも感じている。
いろんな選択肢がありながら今判断すべきではないと感じている。
Riumのオープンに間に合わせるつもりで検討していたが今回は仕様変更にて対応させる。
今後また元に戻る可能性もあるが状況を見ながら進めていきたい。

We have the advantage of being able to deliver it globally.
We would like to continue until we have a certain number of followers.
CryptoNinja has been trademarked, and we were proceeding to trademark CNP globally.
US, China, Europe.
If the trademark is published and registered and there are no objections, it will pass.
The U.S. and China seem to have no problem.
In Europe, companies that own the rights first are voicing their concerns.
In Europe, there are situations where applications have been withdrawn.
It will be necessary to use different names for different countries.
The number of followers is also meaningful in its own way.
We will continue to develop the project.
TikTok also needs to capture live-streaming.
buko feels that we should try TikTok live.
Or maybe it could be CNP related game live-streaming.
We also feel that there should be live-streaming that is not just short videos.
We are also thinking about AI live-streaming.
There is no point in doing something like a roadshow in Japanese.
If possible, we need to do non-verbal live-streaming.
We would like to think about how to do it.

Blast

Blast is the next step after Blur.
Investments are being made based on the idea that investing in the chain will bring some good things to the company.
CNP is focusing on the community of holders, so we are going with MagicEden.
Transactions that repeatedly buy and sell are likely to flow toward Blur and Blast.
As the market improves, NFT trading will increase.
While it is important to take a steady approach, it will also be necessary to take a wide range of actions.
Blast is showing bubble-like movements.
Although we are not participating in the project as the main project team, we are also too defensive not to challenge at all, and we will miss a big opportunity by mistake.
We believe that it is necessary to think about new things, actually work on them, produce results, and pass them on to latecomers.

Ninja House Progress


Rium opens for official service on March 1.
It will launch with a power-up from what we have been playing.
Rium comes from a gaming background and incorporates controls that suit the Japanese sensibilities.
We also feel the need to tell the world about Japan's first Metaverse.
Everything will be open all the time, including the Ninja House.
There will be one more game that can be played at this time.
There will be one more kunai throwing game.
We would like to have another game tournament.
You can play as soon as it opens on March 1.
If you have a Ninja House, you can play.
The second kunai throwing tournament will be held on March 3.
The gameplay is getting better.
We would like to enjoy attacking the game in just a short period of time after it opens.
We want Yukimaru, the winner of the last tournament, to participate both as an operator and as a player.
However, no one will be given prior information.
We would also like to mention something nice to those who surpass Yukimaru-san in score.

Blue Scroll

The original plan was that people with blue scrolls would be able to play.
This time, however, anyone who has a Ninja House will be able to play.
We need the scrolls, but do we need to do it on the Ethereal Chain? We are re-considering.
We will consider whether it is also necessary to keep it in ethereum, including layer 2.
We also feel that we don't need to pay for gas for scrolls, form money, and other consumable uses.
We feel that while there are many options, we should not make a decision now.
We had been considering this in time for the opening of Rium, but we will change the specifications this time.
There is a possibility that we may go back to the original plan in the future, but we would like to proceed while keeping an eye on the situation.
