CNP FiNANCiEやMashRoom Cafeの話など(4/12)

企業と打ち合わせ


CNPを前に進めそうな打ち手が出てきた
Web3ならではの打ち手が必要
Azukiだとアニメが登場している
日本のクリエイターから作られている
Web3発のアニメ化はどういった強みがあるのか
色々と提示していかなくてはいけない
提示していくのはCNPという立場でも提案していく必要がありそう
今は試作段階でトライアンドエラーを繰り返しながら勧めている
うまく解決させていきたいと感じている
勇気がいる
前に出る役割が必要となってくる
プロデュース的な役割がうまく回らなくなってきそう
ファウンダーとしての役割とやりたいプロデュースをどう両立させていくかが悩みどころ
CNPにとっても自分にとっても考える必要がある

イラスト登録で色々なグッズに展開され、購入することができる
作品が売れたらロイヤリティが作者と運営に入る仕組みになっている
たくさんのファンアートがあるので集めていきたい
それを持って2年を振り返りたい
現在262件の登録
まだ申請処理待ちもある状況
この2年間でファンアートを書いた人はぜひ作品をアップしてほしい
にんけっとの時に作品を購入してくじ引きの景品にもしたいと考えている
個人的に缶バッチにして集めたいので500回記念イラストをアップして欲しい

コミュニティオープンが15日にある（お昼12時ごろ）
初回トークン販売は5/12
今回クラウドファンディングはコミュニティをしっかりと作っていく形になっていきそう
クラウドファンディングは着々と進んでいる
FiNANCiEは逆に攻めた形となっている
基本的には1次販売のところはがっちりと固めながら2次のところで入ってきてもらいながら運営から配っていきたい
CNPのトレカプロジェクトの推進に使わせてもらう
トークンはCNPやNinja DAOの人たちが活用しやすいようにしていきたい
クラウドファンディングは何に使う？
CNPのトレーディングカードの商品化を進めていく
αUのイベントで配ったトレンディングカードをしっかりと進めていきたい
しっかりとしたものを作っていきたい

  • コレクションアイテムとして

今回のカードの一部はNFTと連携している
SSRのあたりはカードの中にNFTが入っている仕掛けになっている
ただのカードではない
もう少し突き詰めてコレクション性も形にしていきたい
紙のトレンディングカードではなくNFT要素も付け加えていく
プロモーション
できればCNPとしての立場
CNPのキャラクターをたくさんの人に広げていくプロジェクト
CNPを知ってもらう人が増える
遊んでもらう人が増える
すごく大事にしていきたい
アイテムを楽しむ人たちむけにも形にもしていきたい
大事なところは流通
ECサイトで販売するだけじゃないように進めている
どこで買えるのか？を含めて進めていきたい
ちゃんとした展開ができるようにしていきたい
トレカはいろんな展開の仕方がある

  • カード開発

  • カード要素（イラスト）

  • ゲーム要素

αUの企画では一部のクリエイターにも声をかけたが仕様の関係上無くなった
Ninja DAOのクリエイター作品がカード化されて遊んでいくようにもしていきたい
トレーディングカードを作って販売していくところも面白そう
フィジカルのゲーム大会みたいなこともやりたい
様々な活動が増えていき、コレクションしながらプレイしながらCNPというIPを強くしていくところに繋げていきたい
どんな体制でどういう形で進めていくか？
進めているがまだ言えない
そのための活動費としてクラウドファンディングを使いたい
トークンも含めて楽しめるようにしていきたい
具体的にプロジェクトを進めていくものにしていく
一次販売は少ない予定
一次販売が終わってからがスタートになっていくように感じている

Meeting with companies

A possible move to move forward with CNP has come up.
We need a unique way to do Web3.
With Azuki, animation is appearing
It is made from Japanese creators
What are the strengths of Web3's animation?
We need to present a variety of ideas.
It is necessary to make proposals from the standpoint of CNP
We are in the prototype stage, and are making recommendations through repeated trial and error.
I feel that we want to make it work out.
Courage is needed
Need to play a leading role
Producing role is not going to work well
I am struggling with how to balance my role as a founder with the producing role I want to play
Need to think about this for CNP and for myself

We had a welcome party for Makami last time, but missed out on having a welcome party for /twasetuna this time.

MashRoom Cafe


You can register your illustrations and buy them as various goods.
Royalties are paid to the author and the management when the works are sold.
There is a lot of fan art and I want to collect it!
I want to look back on the past two years with them.
Currently we have 262 entries.
There are still some applications waiting to be processed.
If you have written fan art in the past two years, please upload your work!
We would like to purchase your works and give them away as raffle prizes at the Nikketsu.
I personally want to collect them as badges, so please upload your 500th anniversary illustrations

Community opening is on the 15th (around 12 noon).
First token sale is on 5/12
This time the crowdfunding is going to be in the form of building a strong community
Crowdfunding is steadily progressing
FiNANCiE is going the other way.
Basically, we would like to solidify the primary sales area, while asking people to come in at the secondary sales area and distribute them from the management.
The tokens will be used to promote the CNP Trekker project.
We would like to make the tokens easy to use for the people of CNP and Ninja DAO.
What will the crowdfunding be used for?
We will promote the commercialization of CNP's trading cards
We want to make sure that the trending cards we gave out at the Alpha U event are well advanced
We want to make a solid product

  • As a collection item

Some of the cards this time are linked to NFT
Around the SSR, there is a mechanism that NFT is inside the card.
It's not just a card.
We would like to make it more collectible.
Not just paper trending cards, but also add NFT elements
Promotion
Position as CNP if possible
A project to spread the CNP character to many people
More people will get to know CNP
More people will play the game.
I want to take care of this project very much.
We would like to make the items available to people who enjoy them.
The important part is distribution
We don't want to just sell on e-commerce sites.
Where can I buy it? We would like to include the question of where to buy the items.
We want to make sure that we can develop our business properly.
Trekkers can be developed in various ways

  • Card development

  • Card elements (illustrations)

  • Game elements

We approached some creators for the Alpha II project, but due to the specifications, they were not involved.
We would like to make cards of Ninja DAO creators' works and have people play with them.
It would be interesting to make trading cards and sell them.
We would like to have a physical game tournament.
We would like to increase the number of various activities and strengthen the IP of CNP by collecting and playing the games.
What kind of structure do you have in place and how do you plan to proceed?
We are working on it, but I can't say yet.
We would like to use crowdfunding to pay for these activities.
We want to make it possible to enjoy the tokens as well.
We will make it a concrete project
Primary sales will be small.
We feel that after the primary sales are over, we will be able to start the project
