CNP スペースを休まず2年続けて分かったこと（7/20）

ロードショー


土日を休む予定（7/21から）
平日の方が視聴率が高い
生活スタイルの中にロードショーを聞いてもらうことが重要だった
平日のライフスタイルと土日が異なる方もいる
平日縛りでやっていこうと考えている
1年前まではCNPキャラクターを使って自分たちで何かをやっていたが、今ではCNPを使ってくれて実行するところが分散してきた
運営がマイクをずっと持っているのもどうなのか？
時間にも限りがある
いいバランスを考えていきたいと考えている

kn1ghtでビンゴキャンペーン

ビンゴカードの全クリア動画が揃うと、最優秀賞としてのCNP賞が2名から3名に増やす
円がついていないものがまだやっていないものになる
kn1ghtを気軽に触ってもらいたい

MashRoom Cafe

7月末までのトークンがもらえるキャンペーンに間に合わせるには、今日か明日には決済しないと間に合わない
販売は8月末から延長する

童話読み聞かせ

みやぎさんの漫画も書籍化を進めている
Xで全てポストするかどうかも考えている

市況

1体持ちでどうしても売りたい人が見られたため、1時間ほど前にマーケットから9体運営が購入した
フロア：0.224→0.239ETH
オーナー数：5409→5405名
リスト数：148→137体
大口のリストが0.3くらいにまとめてリストしている
FiNANCiEでは大きな売りが発生した
おそらく初期の支援者による売りが入った
195円まで下落
CNGと比べれば変動が少ないがそれでも下落してしまう

2年間続けてみて


当初は完全匿名で活動する予定だった
そんな中存在感を高めてコミュニティ内で活躍できるのかといったテーマを掲げていた
CNPが生まれて企画が進んでいく中で、完全匿名は難しいと感じていた
ただ踏ん切りがつかずにずるずるいっていった
他のメンバーがスペースを行ってくれたりしていた
当時は誰もスペースに慣れていなかったので不慣れな中やっていた
それを後ろから見ていた状況だった
無事にCNPのリリースができたがこの形でずっとはできないだろうと感じていた
他の人はCNPだけのことをやるわけにいかない
自分で何らかの発信をしなければ進めないと感じていた
自分のルールとして音声配信のスキルを磨こうと考えた
6月くらいから開始して一人語りの練習をした
上手な人の喋りをそのまま真似て練習をしていきながら準備を進めた
Voicyも立ち上げて7月にXのスペースを主戦場にしようと考えた

CNPJがリリースされたタイミング

CNPと混同されてしまう危機感を感じた
イケハヤさんはCNPもCNPJもマーケティングをやっていた
そのため他の人が聞くと区別がつかないと感じた
CNPのファウンダーとして自ら発信する必要があると踏ん切りがついた
音声配信ってなに？
週間・ながら聞きをしてくれる
何かをやりながら1時間付き合ってもらえる
毎日の生活習慣の中に取り入れてもらおうと考えた
18-19時の枠でCNPのみの話をする
毎日新しい話をするのではなく、更新情報を発信するように心がけた
体裁としてはAMAとして続けてきた

結果・効果

CNPというプロジェクトにフォーカスした情報をちゃんと伝えられた
他のプロジェクトとの違いが明確になった
ライセンシングジャパンではCNPとしての考え方を理解して参加者がしっかりと伝えてくれた
CryptoNinjaは誰でも使える一方でCNPはライセンス事業をやろうとしている矛盾を孕んでいる
CryptoNinjaはオーナーシップだが、CNPはキャラクターのオーナーシップではない
CNPはつながりを持ちながら自己表現にも活用している

インナーコミュニケーションに近い
別のこともやっていかなくてはならない
ただスペースで言えばCNPに関係する人が楽しめるようなものにしたいと感じている
同じ組織の内側にいる人たちに共有していく会になっている

2年続けて良かったこと


一人語りができるようになった
エキスとなり自動的にコンテンツが生まれてくる時代になってきている
喋ったことが動画や文章ができたりとなっていくかもしれない
AIキャラクターにもつながっていくかもしれない
考え方・ポリシーの共有ができたことが大きい
流れとして見えているものもあるが、包み隠さず伝えるべきだと感じている
コントロールできるものに関しては不安を感じてもらう必要はない
Web3時代のIPを作ることが軸でありブラさないことが重要

結局NFTプロジェクトって何？


Web3時代のIPを作るを愚直に進めているのがCNPであり、この言葉の中に全て集約されていると感じている
ファンからパートナーへもこの言葉の中に入っている
従来のIPであれば大企業の資本でやればいい
Web3でやる意味はそこにない
Web3でやるやる意味を進めることでコンテンツとなり、学びや安心感・考えの整理をスペースの中でやっているように感じる
CNPというプロジェクトが他のプロジェクトとは異なることを態度で示していくことが大事だと感じていた
当時はNFTの値上がり期待で購入していた
そこから後のWeb3時代のIPを作るためにCNPはやっている
Web2の時は口に出していたが今では態度でしめそうと変わってきた
Web3はやった結果で評価されると感じている
コミットしている結果としてスペースを続けてきた
個人が態度で示さなくても信用や期待がついてきた
連続記録に頼らなくても良いといった理由にもなっている

Roadshow.


Plans to take Saturdays and Sundays off (starting 7/21)
Weekdays have higher viewership
It was important to get people to hear about the roadshow in their lifestyles
Some people have different weekday lifestyles and weekends
We are thinking of tying it to weekdays
A year ago we were doing something on our own with CNP characters, but now they use CNP and the execution is dispersed
What about the management holding the microphone all the time?
We have limited time.
We are trying to find a good balance.

Bingo campaign at kn1ght


Increase from 2 to 3 CNP prizes as the best prize when all clear videos on the bingo card are available.
The ones that do not have a circle on them will be the ones we haven't done yet
We want people to feel free to touch kn1ght

MashRoom Cafe


We need to settle today or tomorrow to make it in time for the campaign to get the tokens by the end of July
Sales will be extended from the end of August

Children's story reading


Miyagi's manga is also being made into a book.
We are also considering whether to post all of them at X

After two years of operation


Initially, the plan was to remain completely anonymous
The theme of the project was to increase our presence and be active in the community.
As CNP was born and the project progressed, I realized that it would be difficult to remain completely anonymous.
We just didn't have the courage to take the plunge.
Other members were doing the space for us.
At the time, no one was familiar with the space, so we were doing it in an unfamiliar way.
I was watching from behind.
We were able to release CNP safely, but we felt that we would not be able to do it in this way forever.
Other people can't just do CNP.
I felt that I had to do some kind of transmission on my own to move forward
I decided to hone my voice delivery skills as my rule
I started around June and practiced speaking alone.
I practiced by imitating what other people who were good at it were saying.
I also launched Voicy and decided to make the X space my main venue in July.

CNPJ was released at the same time.

We felt a sense of danger of being confused with CNP
Mr. Ikehaya was doing marketing for both CNP and CNPJ
Therefore, I felt that others would not be able to distinguish between the two when they heard about it
As the founder of CNP, I decided that I needed to transmit the information myself.
What is audio distribution?
They can listen to you for a week or more.
They can stay with me for an hour while I do something.
We wanted to make it a part of their daily routine.
We will only talk about CNP in the 6-7pm slot.
We tried to provide updates rather than a new story every day.
We have continued as an AMA in physical appearance

Results and effects


Information focused on the CNP project was properly communicated
The difference between CNP and other projects became clear.
Participants in Licensing Japan understood the concept of CNP and communicated it well
CryptoNinja can be used by anyone, while CNP is trying to run a licensing business, which is a contradiction.
CryptoNinja is ownership, but CNP is not ownership of the character
CNP is using it for self-expression while maintaining a connection

We have to do other things
But in terms of space, I feel that we want to make it something that people involved in CNP can enjoy
It has become a meeting to share with people inside the same organization

I can now tell my own story
We are now in an age where content is automatically generated as an extract
What we say may become a video or a text
It may lead to AI characters
The sharing of ideas and policies is significant.
Some things are visible as a flow, but we feel that we should communicate them without hiding them.
There is no need to make people feel insecure about what they can control
It is important not to be blind to the importance of creating IP for the Web3 era.
What is the NFT project after all?
CNP is the one that is foolishly promoting the creation of IPs for the Web3 era, and I feel that everything is summed up in this word.
From fans to partners is also included in this word.
If it is a conventional IP, you can do it with the capital of a big company.
That's not the point of doing it with Web3.
I feel that by advancing the meaning of what we do at Web3, it becomes content, and we are learning, feeling safe, and organizing our thoughts in the space.
I felt it was important to show with attitude that the project CNP was different from other projects
At the time, I was buying the NFT with the expectation that it would increase in value
From there, CNP is trying to create IP for the later Web3 era
We were saying it out loud at the time of Web2, but now we are trying to show it with our attitude.
I feel that Web3 will be evaluated based on the results of what we do.
We have continued to work on the space as a result of our commitments.
Trust and expectations have grown even if individuals don't show it.
This is also the reason why they do not have to rely on consecutive records
