CNPのこれからをゆるゆると話す会（10/29）

CNP Craftsは数が多く揃えられなかったが馬事公苑ではまだ在庫がある。
馬事公苑店では雑貨コーナーに設置してくれている。

できれば季節に合わせて実施してみたいとも考えている。

LINEからメッセージ送信があって購入に繋がっている。
CNPというNinja DAOコミュニティ内からの購入が多い。
CNPへの関係性が薄い人たちに手に取ってもらえる・楽しんでもらいたいと思って広げている状況。
LINE NFTが発信したものが数値に繋がっているのが喜ばしいところ。
少しずつ内側から外側にいる人たちに情報が伝わって購入に繋がってきているいい兆し。
CNP側で告知をしていきたいとも思っているが、費用対効果が合わない。
今後の課題としても挙げていく。
購入対象者に対してバーニンウォーズNFTがエアドロップされる。
11月中旬ごろ配布予定。
DOSIからAPIを提供してもらって目処がたった。
この1年間一緒にプロジェクトを進めてき畳め、LINE CNPを持っている人にエアドロップができるようになった。
APIの調査が来週からスタートしていく。

アプリの審査があるため確約できない。

利用事実が積み重なっていけば変わってくるが現状はまだ厳しいところ。
間違えないように進めていきたい。

忍者屋敷


条件を満たすとCNPキャラクターが遊びにきてくれる。
テスト環境で試したところ、座布団の上に移動するとキャラクターも着座してくれる。
11/3〜5にRiumがオープンする。
大砲の台場が12個置かれている。
霧隠れの里にある
樽の大砲から飛んでいくと各通りに合わせた位置に飛ぶ。
マップからも直接アクセスすることもできる。

NFTプロジェクトって何？Web3どこいくの？
多面展開を進めている。
「Web3時代のIPを作る」は変わらない。
どのように進めるかを1本に絞って進めずにあちこち手がけて進めている。
市場が大きくなるときに成長できると考えている。
6つのキーワードから拡充させていくところ。
6つのキーワードは絶対的なものではないとも考えている。

中心はコミュニティ


Ninja DAO・CNPフレンズ・CNPオーナーズ・ふるさとCNP
どこかのタイミングでCNPフレンズを軸にふるさとCNPを連動させていきたい。
ふるさとCNPを保有していることでCNPフレンズのボーナスが付与されている。

投資する


フロアプライスに向き合う
NFTは結果的に価値がついてまわる。
価値を高めていけるようにしていきたい。
CNPというIPが成長していくとフロアプライスに還元されていくように流れを組んでいこうと考えている。

C to Eプログラム
ライセンスを使ってくれる会社が増えていくと仕事依頼から金銭的メリットも生まれてくる。
うまく回っていくとよりいい環境になっていくと考えている。
おむかえマカミ会などでフロアスイープイベント。

稼ぐ


Walk to mintみたいなものをやろうと進めている。
歩いて稼ぐ。
Xinobiというマーケットプライスを作ってアフィリエイト機能を盛り込もうと考えていた。
ただCNP単独で持つのではなく、Ninja DAO全体で使っていくようにしたいと考えてやめた。
歩いて稼いだポイントで遊んで欲しいが稼げてもいい。
Check to Earnプログラムもテストローンチを控えている。
CNPホルダーが収益化をしやすくなると考えている。

Many purchases were made from within the Ninja DAO community called CNP.
We are expanding the number of people who have a limited relationship with CNP to pick up and enjoy the product.
We are happy to see that what LINE NFT has sent out is connected to the figures.
It is a good sign that information is gradually being conveyed from the inside to people on the outside, leading to purchases.
CNP would like to make announcements, but the cost-effectiveness of such announcements is not good enough.
This will be an issue to be addressed in the future.
Burnin' Wars NFT will be airdropped to those who are eligible to purchase.
It will be distributed around mid-November.
DOSI has provided us with the API and we are on track.
After working together on the project for the past year, we are now able to airdrop to those who have the LINE CNP.
The investigation of the API will start next week.

We will proceed with the investigation of what form it can take.
CNP Treasure Stamp holders will be able to use the roll grant and dedicated channels.
CNP Friends will be able to use CNP Friends, etc.
We cannot make any assurances because the application is subject to review.
Apple is strict and there are uncertainties.
This will change as the facts of use accumulate, but at present it is still a difficult situation.
We would like to proceed so as not to make any mistakes.

Ninja House

CNP characters will come to play if conditions are met.
When we tested it in the test environment, the character also sits on the cushion when it is moved.
Rium will be open from 11/3-5.
Twelve cannon platforms have been placed.
They are located in Foggy Village.
Fly from the barrel cannon and fly to the location for each street.
It can also be accessed directly from the map.

What is the NFT project, web3 where are you going?
The project is being developed on multiple fronts.
The "Create IP for the Web3 era" will remain the same.
We are not focusing on a single project, but are working on various projects and advancing them.
We believe that we can grow when the market grows.
We are in the process of expanding from the six keywords.
We also believe that the six keywords are not absolute.

The center is the community.

Ninja DAO, CNP Friends, CNP Owners, Furusato CNP
We would like to link Furusato CNP with CNP Friends at some point.
Furusato CNP ownership gives CNP Friends bonuses.

Investing.

Face the floor price.
The NFT follows the value of the result.
We want to be able to increase the value.
We are trying to set up a flow so that as the IP called CNP grows, it will be returned to the floor price.

C to E program
As the number of companies using the license increases, financial benefits will be generated from work requests.
We believe that if the program is well executed, it will lead to a better environment.
Floor sweep events at Omukae Makamikai and other events.

Earn money.

We are working on something like "Walk to mint".
Earn money by walking.
We were thinking of creating a market price called Xinobi to include affiliate functionality.
But we stopped because we wanted to make it so that it would be used throughout Ninja DAO, rather than having it in CNP alone.
We want you to play with the points you earn from walking, but you can earn them.
The Check to Earn program is also getting ready for a test launch.
We believe it will make it easier for CNP holders to monetize.
