前節

CNPの運営としてプロダクトを動かしていくところから、他の人がCNPキャラクターを使った展開に入ってきている
プロジェクトとしてはいい方向
IPを絡めたところで自分たちで動いているとことはデジタル城下町
IP事業を進めながら自分たちもIP（CNP）を使いながら進めている
色々なプレーヤーがCNPを使い、成功していくことが大事
7月のライセンシングジャパンでは、CNPを使って何かをしたいという人を集めていきたい
いきなりは決まっていかない
ただその場で繋がりが生まれて次につながっている
グッズを作るなどの展開はまだむずかしそう
ただ継続的にアプローチしていく体制を整えていきたい
CNPの良さを知ってもらいながら案件化に繋げていきたい
BtoB営業をしている形になる（マーケティングオートメーション）
顧客管理と発信管理を同時にしている
データベース化して定期的に案内をしている
実際どれだけ興味を持ってくれたかがデータ化されている
興味を持ってくれている人に対してさらに踏み込んだアプローチをしている
この半年の中でベースが整ってきた
この後のライセンシングジャパンでより深い話ができるかもしれない
継続的な情報提供していく形を拡充していく
ライセンシング営業としてはこの流れで良い
一方でIPという形の力をつけていかなければならない
狭く深くの価値であればすでにできている
T字型
幅広く広げていく
IPとしてたくさんの人に知ってもらう
認知している人を増やしていく取り組みが必要
ライトなコンテンツ（ゲーム・アニメなど）を通じて浅く広く実現できる
見込み顧客（企業）のデータベースが広がっていくことがIP事業の下支えとなっていく

FiNANCiEのCNPコミュニティも拡充させていきたい
仮想通貨などが必要ないためCNPコミュニティよりも広いものにしていける
トレカプロジェクトを楽しんでいけるコミュニティ基盤として行きながらトークンとしての機能も組み立てていきたい
新しいコミュニティが入ってくるタイミングに差し掛かってきている
選ばれるようにしていきたい

6月は毎年入れ替わるタイミングになっていそう
大量保有者が壁を作ってしまい、その下で売買が発生しているためフロア価格が下落している
入れ替わりが済んでからがスタートだと感じている
狼狽売りが発生してしまうと申し訳ないと感じている
確実に入れ替わってきている
今は大口ホルダーが抜けようとしている

We would like to make people aware of the advantages of CNP, and link this to the development of new projects.
It is a form of BtoB sales (marketing automation)
I'm managing customers and outgoing calls at the same time
Creating a database and sending out information on a regular basis
Data is stored on how many people are actually interested.
We are taking a more in-depth approach to those who are interested.
The base has been established in the past six months.
We may be able to have a more in-depth discussion at the Licensing Japan meeting later this year.
We will expand the form of providing information on an ongoing basis.
This is a good trend for licensing sales.
On the other hand, we need to build up our strength in the form of IP.
If the value is narrow and deep, it has already been done

Make it known to many people as IP
Efforts are needed to increase the number of people who are aware of it
Can be achieved shallowly and widely through light content (games, animation, etc.)
Expanding the database of potential customers (companies) will support the IP business
