CNPスペース続けて8ヶ月（3/20）

mugen【NinjaDAOで活動中】

今日で毎日スペース続けて8ヶ月になった。
毎日出てくる上場や、気分転換にもなっているので無理のない範囲で続けていくつもりである。

市況

Botterの手に渡っていたものも、回収してくれていた。
リスト数：163件　1％（222体）がひとつの指標になっている。

リスト数が減るとどうなる？

減りすぎると、流動性が減ってしまう。
CNPは流動性を大事にしている。
取扱件数が20000回を超えているプロジェクト。
売りたい時に、買いたいときに動かせるのがCNPとしての
強みにもなっている。
CNPの場合は、流動性を保ちながら売買をしっかりと保っていきたい。
最近のプロジェクトは、ロイヤリティ確保が難しいため
違うアプローチ方法が目立ってきている。
投資OL社長さんちゃんやLLACが良い例。
ホルダーはしっかりと価格を維持するように
すぐに売らずにホールドしてくれる。
CNPみたいな最初のローンチをすると、
すぐに売り抜けて他のプロジェクトに移動していってしまう。
ずっと注目度を保っていないと、難しい。
もっと長期でNFTプロジェクトを見てくれないと難しい。
今のプロジェクトはすぐに売り抜ける人ではなく、長期間ホールドしてくれる人を運営側が見極めてAL配布している。
CNPは昨年5月からたくさんの人に売り買いしてもらいながら、
NFTマーケットの中で存在感を出していく。
CNPはWeb3時代のIPを作るCryptoNinjaを応援したい。
存在感を出していくことで、企業コラボなどのアプローチもしやすくなっている。
長期間応援してくれる方が
最終的に報われていくプロジェクトにしていきたい。
それができるから、共犯関係・共生関係が築けていけると
信じて目指していきたい。

CNP Villains

CNP Toysの場合は、プロフィールに設定できる
ワンクリックでできる機能があった。
CNP Villainsはその機能がない代わり
トランスファーできる機能がついている。
明日の12時に商品ページが登場してくる。

CNPのマイグレーションなどの話も出ているので、前後する可能性もある。
赤色巻物をバーンすると、Rium上の忍者屋敷がもらえる。
今の段階では使えない部屋もあるが、別の巻物が入手できると
使えるようになる拡張性を持っている。
忍者屋敷のクリエイティブを作ってくれているのは、emmaさん。
今日その忍者屋敷のクリエイティブが上がってきていた。
企業が絡む案件は公開できないが、
CNP内で完結する案件はこうして情報を出していく。
作られていく過程も一緒に楽しんでもらえれば。

PORT

CNP オーナーズのような取り組み。
CNPホルダー向けには、CNPホルダー限定。
PORTは元々旅行関係のつながりがあった。
PORTは他のNFTプロジェクトとの連携を広げて進めている。
他のNFTプロジェクトが、
ユーティリティのひとつとして参画してくれればと感じている。

CNP Toysでのエアドロップ（3月末）

2体持っている人も、基本的には1点のエアドロップになる。
同じく、3月末から、LINE NFT上でフリーミントを行う。
CNP ToysのKimさんに制作してもらった。
3週に渡って行うので、ぜひ集めてみてほしい。

その外の世界に出していく活動として、LINE NFT。
CNP ToysとVillainsの次の話も進んでいる。
LINE NFT経由で、CNPを知ってもらい、
イーサリアム上の中に入ってきてほしいと目論んでいる。

There has been some talk about CNP migrations and such, so there may be some back and forth.
