CNP セツナお迎え用トークン配り丸（5/14）

CNPをうまく使ってくれる人が果実を得られそう
CNPトレカなど、運営は土壌を作ってきた
今後は生まれてくるものを価値にしてくれるプレーヤーが出てきそう
CryptoNinjaとしての力や、コミュニティの力などがうまく生かされていきそう
昨年一年間は運営が中心となって作っていった

今CNPもそうした感じに近いと感じている
バーニンウォーズなどもコミュニティの力を借りて一気に広めていきたいところだが、なかなかうまくいかない
ただ一気に好転できるタイミングが来ると感じている
どれかのコンテンツがヒットすると、コレクション全体が一気に底上げされると感じている
どのタイミングで来るのか？そこまで頑張れるのか？
トレカプロジェクトが起爆剤になるかもしれない
バーニンウォーズやデジタル城下町かもしれない

CNPのリリース

2年前の5/15にCNPが発売された
ALが当時導入できなかった
2022年の3月くらいまで市況が良かったが、それ以降急速に悪化していった
4月入っていくとどんどん市況が悪くなっていった
5月にリリースするか6月にリリースするかで迷ったがそのままリリースをしていた
そのまま作業を進めていき、5月のリリースした
Botに貫通された場合、やり直そうかと思っていた
ただこのタイミングでリリースしないといけないと思っていた
1ヶ月経つと市況が大きく変わってしまい、うまく展開できないと感じていた
当時は200円で購入できた
ディスコードを使うにも、アイコンとなるNFTがなかった
忍者オーナーになれない人は少し寂しかった
それためのNFTを作ろうと当初考えていた

Ninja DAOはCryptoNinjaを盛り上げる

CryptoNinjaのキャラクターをうまく使っていくときに、集団で動かしていった方がうまくいきそうだと考えていた
クリエイター個人で使っていくことではなく、みんなでたくさん使っていった方がいいのではないかと感じていた
ファンアートではなく、CryptoNinjaのパートナーとしてCNPが生まれた
本来はCryptoNinjaというIPを盛り上げる
途中でCNPのホルダーに価値を還元していくモデルが作れないと感じてしまった
CryptoNinjaが盛り上がっていく途中で、CNPホルダーに価値が還元できれば良かったが、それがうまくいかなそうだった
CNPが切り開いていくことでホルダーへの価値還元ができると思い、方針転換していった
Ninja DAOに入るまではコロナもあり暇だった
テレワークが安定してくると、手が空いてくる
Ninja DAOに入ったことで、人生が大きく変わった
今まではひとりでやってきた
人を巻き込まず小さくやってきた
今はそこからみんなで解釈してくれて大きくしてくれている
今のCNPの取り組みは個人では絶対にできない
いろんな人が補強しながら大きくしてくれている

AIマカミもバージョンアップさせた
LINEのマカミくんと、CNPフレンズのアプリ内で話せる
音声認識もできるようになると、デジタルパートナーも視野に入ってくる
その時の下準備として用意しておきたい
イメージはできるが実際使うかどうかは疑問を感じている
サービスが整ってきたらみんなで使って使い方を開拓してみたい

今日Slothとのコラボでフリーミントスタート

有料版のゴールド版は両方とも売り切れ
CNPの着せ替えなどで楽しんで欲しい
まだできないがCNPフレンズを使えるように改修している
CNPフレンズの機能を一部使えるようにしていきたい
FiNANCiEのSlothコミュニティに入り、トークン持っていればトワのフリーミントに参加できる
CNPもトークンを持っていれば、セツナのフリーミントに参加できる
ただSlothトークンは2次流通しているので、買えば入れる
CNPでは二次流通していないため、まだ入れる人が限られている
そのため、ゆーき丸さんが専用チャンネルで待ち構えており、トークンが配られる
「セツナが欲しい」と言ってくれればトークンをもらえる
どこかのタイミングで終了するので、早めにやってほしい

CNP release


CNP was released 2 years ago on 5/15.
AL could not introduce it at that time
Market was good until about March 2022, then rapidly deteriorated

We were not sure whether to release in May or June, but we decided to release as is.
We kept working on it and released it in May.
If the bot penetrated, we were thinking of starting over.

Market conditions had changed so much after one month that we felt we couldn't deploy it well

There was no iconic NFT to use discord
It was a little lonely for those who couldn't become Ninja owners
We initially thought of creating an NFT for that purpose.

Ninja DAO is a great addition to CryptoNinja


We thought that it would be better to work with a group of people when using the CryptoNinja character.
We felt that it would be better if everyone used them a lot, rather than just individual creators
CNP was born as a partner of CryptoNinja, not as fan art
Essentially boosting the IP called CryptoNinja
Along the way, we felt we couldn't create a model that would return value to CNP's holders
It would have been nice if we could return value to the CNP holders while CryptoNinja was in the middle of its rise, but that didn't seem to be working out.

Until I joined Ninja DAO, I had a lot of free time because of Corona.
Once the telework became stable, I became available.
Joining Ninja DAO has changed my life.
Until now, I've been working alone.
I've been doing it small, without involving other people.

CNP's current efforts can never be done by an individual.

You can talk to Makami-kun on LINE and within the CNP Friends app.
When voice recognition becomes possible, a digital partner is also in the works.
We want to be prepared for that.
