運営がプロジェクトを抱えすぎて動けなくなるのは本末転倒
逆に運営を肥大化させてしまうとホルダーとの距離が出てきてしまう
運営はあくまでみんながやることのサポートをしていく役割を担う
ここから次の展開でやっていく必要がある

トワ/セツナお迎え会


バー忍仕様の関係から、まとまって運営の中にいる
適時運営ホルダーから直接お迎えしてもらうイベントとなる
前回はマカミのお迎え会を実施
ランダムで出てくる個体がいる
運営ホルダーに対してオファーをかけて順次アクセプトしていく
今のフロア金額（0.43ETH）で購入となる
人気デザインやパーツを選んで購入できるチャンスとなる
トワ/セツナお迎え参加してくれた人にはCNPトークン100Pを進呈する
CNPホルダー優先にトワ/セツナお迎え会を開催している
CNPトークンはどのように配布するのかは後日決定・案内する
CNPフレンズの3,000ポイントを使用して好きな個体を先行で選んで購入できる
第一〜第三までの希望から選べる
明日の18時までにオファーしてもらえれば優先してアクセプトしていく
申し込みが31件あり、申請自体は19時で終了となる
第一希望が他の人と重なっている場合はランダムで抽選していく
CNPホルダーのユーティリティとして先行案内となっている
CNPトークンは5月下旬ごろの1次販売後に配布となりそう
お迎えのあった個体の半分を運営がマーケットからスイープする
CNPフレンズの3,000ポイントは申し込み段階で減産されるが、抽選が外れてしまった場合はすべてお返しする

ただ通過点であり最終目標数は1,000点
過去のもの含めて最も多かったファンアートは世界名作劇場だった
そのためMashRoom Cafeの歴史上で最も多いファンアートとなれた
みんなで作る文化をうまく体現できた事象のひとつだと感じている
Ninja DAOでやっていることをうまく体現できた
500件達成したタイミングでプレスリリースを打ちたいと思っている
にんけっとの中で抽選会を開きたいと計画している
景品として作品をいくつか準備しておきたい

今はFiNANCiEユーザー限定で観れるが、後日CNPトークン保有者のみが閲覧できるように変更する
けんすうさんもCNPトレカはちゃんとやっているというコメントを残している
今回のトレカでは、デジタル上で枚数管理をして価値の裏付けをしていく
コミュニティの熱量も加わり面白いものになっていくと感じている

We will make offers to the operation holders and accept them sequentially
The purchase will be made for the current floor amount (0.43 ETH)
This will be a chance to select popular designs and parts for purchase
100 CNP tokens will be given to those who participate in the Towa/Setsuna pickup.
CNP holders will be given priority for the Towa/Setsuna pick-up party.
How CNP tokens will be distributed will be decided and announced at a later date
3,000 points from CNP Friends can be used to select and purchase the individual of your choice ahead of time
You can choose from your first to third choice.
If you make an offer by 6pm tomorrow, we will give you priority to accept.
There are 31 applications, and the application itself will close at 19:00
If your first choice overlaps with others, a random drawing will be held.
This is a preliminary announcement as a utility for CNP holders.
CNP tokens will likely be distributed after the first sale around the end of May
Half of the individuals who have been picked up will be swiped from the market by management
3,000 points for CNP Friends will be reduced at the application stage, but all will be returned if the lottery is not successful

World Masterpiece Theatre was the top with 379, but it has been surpassed successfully.

This made it the most popular fan art in the history of MashRoom Cafe!
We feel that this was one of the events that successfully embodied the culture of creating together.
We were able to successfully embody what we do at Ninja DAO.
I would like to send out a press release when we reach 500 entries
I plan to hold a raffle during the Ninja DAO
I would like to prepare some artworks as prizes

We have 32 entries right now.

Trading Card Project

If you have points from FiNANCiE's CNP Trekkers, you get priority access to trading cards
Right now, only FiNANCiE users can see them, but we will change it so that only CNP token holders can see them at a later date
Kensuu-san also commented that CNP Trekkers are doing it right
With this trading card, we will manage the number of cards digitally to back up the value
We feel it will be interesting with the added heat of the community
