CNPの強さと未来について（2/23）

運営スイープしたこともあり、フロアを即落としていくようなものは無くなっている
咲耶ジェネが話題となっており、需要の方がかなり大きくなっている状況。
CNPを含めて咲耶ジェネが日本のNFT市場を牽引してくれそうな気がしている
Ninja DAOとしては期待しているプロジェクトとなっている
CNPはNFTを販売するところは終えている
プロジェクトがやることを形にしていくフェーズにある
実際にCNPというプロジェクト自体がなんらかの価値を生み出していく
その生み出した価値をホルダーに還元していきながら大きくしていく
実需を見極めながらしっかりと進めていきたい

Rium


クナイ投げ大会が再び開催される
忍者屋敷の地下にある部屋から進めるようになっている
オープンは3/1隣、3/3に大会が開催されるのでそこまでに攻略する過程も合わせて楽しむゲームとなっている
忍者屋敷を持っていない人は忍者屋敷を持っている人の家に入れてもらって入れる
前回と異なる点
本来は巻物の種類を忍者屋敷に格納していくことで遊べるエリアが変化する予定だった
今回の修行場は、Riumの展開スピードとの兼ね合いで、忍者屋敷の地下から誰でも遊べるエリアとなっている
的自体も、当ててはいけない的も出てくる
的自体も動き障害物も出てくる
さらにステージのイレギュラー要素も含まれているため、攻略要素がぐっと上がっている

TikTok


完全なオーガニックでバズってフォロワーが増えればいいが、時間がかかりすぎるため、確率を上げるために広告も出している
フォロワーが10万人が最低ラインとなっているため、そこまでしっかり持っていきたい

投稿を見てCNPオーナーだと分かることもある
こうした話が増えていくとスペックや情報だけではない伝え方がある
たくさんの人が体験談などのエピソードを投稿することで、NFT'やCNPを知らない人にも広く伝えることができる

今がCNPの完成系ではない
引き続き育てていきたい
育てることを通じて自分の何かを得ていってほしい

CNPの強さと未来

自分ごととしてみているのがCNPの強さ。
CryptoNinjaは30数体しかないため自分を表すNFTにはならない
自分たちを表現するものはないのか？というもの考えていく中で、コミュニティの中で自分たちはなんだろう？というところからスタートしている
結果としてCNPはファンからパートナーへという形に落ち着いた
世の中のキャラクターライセンスには「パートナー」という立ち位置のものは存在しない
ファンは存在しているが、CryptoNinjaはファンアートから歓迎していた
ファンとして楽しむ要素もあるが、もっと踏み込んだ立ち位置でパートナーというものがあってもいいと考えた
まずはCryptoNinjaのパートナーという立場でCNPを作った
キャラクターとの関係性をパートナーという立ち位置で作れば、よりいいものになっていくと考えた
好きなものを推しながらパートナーとなりながら生活していく未来を見ている

CNPの強さ


CryptoNinjaをパートナーとして推していくのがCNP
CNPのひとつのプロジェクトとしては規模が大きすぎる
まずはCNPというIPをすすめているのが今の状況
新しい未来が生まれてくると信じている
これが成功すると、他のキャラクターも「パートナー」の立ち位置でできるようになってくる
CNPはやるのは個々の自由で強制していないが、ビジョンは共有する
自分が主人公として主体的にやっている状況がCNPの強さとなっている
イケハヤ氏の発信力が大きく関わっている
それ自体もイケハヤ氏のストーリーにもなっているが、全てではない
関わっている人すべての物語が生まれてつながっている
NFTなのか、Web3なのか理屈はわかっていないが、CNPは発散せず縮小もせずにうまく進んでいる
線を引くこと自体が申し訳ないと感じている
計画立ててそこに進んでいくよりも、みんなで徐々に進んでいきながら巻き込んでいくのがCNPの強さ
今までのキャラクターが生まれてきている過程からは少し違う
今までは大きなメディアからキャラクターが生まれてきている
たくさんの人がストーリーを通じてキャラクターに愛着を持ちIPとしての価値がついてきている
CNPはストーリーがないためそうした進み方がない
ストーリーがない状態からキャラクターが誕生してみんなで進めている
新しいIPの生まれ方からスタートし、ブロックチェーンやAIの技術が誕生してきた中でCNPが生まれ、育てていく
新しく生まれたIPとして定着させていきたい
CryptoNinjaはゆりかごから墓場までのキャラクターになってほしい
投資という切り口やビジネスとしてなど世代ごとに異なる付き合いができる
CNPは低学年向けの入り口キャラクターとして触ってもらいたい
赤ちゃんが初めて発する言葉の中に「CNP」が入ってきてほしい
CNPが幼少期に伝わればあたらしい世界の入り口から広がっていく
キャラクターのライセンスとしても世界を変えていける
子供達に好かれながら時代の中に普及させていきたい
誰か一人が引っ張っていくのではない
CNPはみんなでトンネルを掘っている状況
それぞれの人たちが自分たちの立場で携わってくれている
自分だけのストーリーを味わっていってほしい
与えられるものではなく、自分で獲得していくもの
CNPをどういった思いで購入したのかが伺い知れる
より大きなインパクトにしていきたい

CNPの未来


CNP運営だけでやるのは力が足りない
ただ外部の資金を入れずにプロジェクトを進めている
コミュニティのメンバーが自分ごとして取り組んでくれるため進められる
そこに企業が魅力を感じてくれて参画してくれ、より大きくなっていくように少しずつ進めていきたい

Rium

The kunai-throwing contest will be held again
It is now possible to proceed from a room in the basement of the ninja mansion.
The room will be opened on March 1, and the tournament will be held on March 3, so it is a game to enjoy the process of strategy by then.
If you don't have a ninja house, you can enter the house of someone who has a ninja house.
Differences from the last time
Originally, the area where you can play the game was supposed to change by storing different types of scrolls in the ninja house.
This time, the training area can be accessed by anyone from the basement of the Ninja house due to the speed of the Rium development.

Strength and future of CNP


The strength of CNP is that I see it as my own thing.
CryptoNinja is not an NFT that represents itself because there are only 30 or so CryptoNinja
Is there anything that represents us? We are starting from the idea of "What is it that we are in the community? This is the starting point of the project.
As a result, CNP has settled from a fan to a partner.
There is no such thing as a "partner" in the world of character licensing.
Fans exist, but CryptoNinja was welcomed by fan art.
There is an element of enjoyment as a fan, but we thought it would be nice to have a more in-depth position as a partner.
First of all, we created CNP from the standpoint of a partner of CryptoNinja.
We thought that if we could create a relationship with the characters from the standpoint of partners, it would be even better.
We see a future where we can live while being partners while promoting what we like

Strengths of CNP

CNP is to push CryptoNinja as a partner
CNP is too big for one project
CNP is now promoting the IP of CNP as a first step
We believe that a new future will emerge
If this is successful, other characters will be able to be "partners" as well
CNP is not forced by individual freedom to do it, but the vision is shared
The strength of CNP is the situation where you are the main character and are doing it proactively
Mr. Ikehaya's ability to communicate has a lot to do with this.

The stories of all the people involved are born and connected.
I don't know if it is NFT or Web3, but CNP is progressing well without diverging or shrinking.

The strength of CNP is that it involves everyone in a gradual progression rather than making a plan and progressing there

The Future of CNP

CNP management alone is not strong enough
We are just working on the project without outside funding
The community members are working on the project as if it were their own, so it can proceed.
We would like to proceed with the project little by little so that companies will find it attractive and participate in it, and the project will become bigger and bigger.
